Very elegant hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Omar and Veronika at the desk. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a good natural light. I would definitely return. It took me time to figure out how to turn off the bathroom's light, which comes off by itself.

Location is nice. Quite. Small details in this house. We booked room with big bed, because we travel with our daughter who sleeps with us. In this property we paid extra money for child(them policy)but still slept with same bed and same apartment. Apartment not big. That’s why if you travel with child better to find something else.

Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. Aircon worked well and was greatly appreciated. Room was clean and exactly as described - which appears to be a rare thing in the UK! Nothing.

Large room with such a lovely view of a park. You dont even feel your in London. Its quiet which is a breathe of fresh air in London. I got stuck in the bathroom as the round handle would t open. Thankfully I was with my mum so she got me put. I informed management and they looked at it that day.

We love the area and the little foxes running around the neighborhood garden. It was very quiet and we felt quite safe- two women. I have zero to offer here.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We made use of the parking which was excellent. Great location. I like everything about the property. My second stay here. The lift wasn’t entirely smooth, felt a bit rickety! But I don’t like lifts anyway!
