Nice room, very clean and comfortable. The United Lodge Hotel is very well connected to the city centre. In the neighborhood, there are a lot of places where you can eat.

The reception wasn't managed very well, just no one there and it was difficult to get their attention. However, once there they were great.

Good value for the location, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Basement-level room felt a bit stuffy but not a big deal

Nothing specific, the receptionist is a little friendly that’s about it. 1. The so called “hotel” doesn’t look like the pictures at all. 2.the rooms are not clean, neither are the sheets. 3.the rooms are extremely small. 4.there’s no privacy or comfort- you hear the footsteps of everybody passing through the main door of the hotel regardless of where your room is. 5.the amount of money i paid is way not proportional to what i got in return. It was worth less than 1/3 the price.

Free wifi. Very clean and newly refurbished bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. There was noise from the street so ask for the rooms that have windows at the back. Nice flowers at the front! The windows were not able to sound insulate well. The whole place has a bit of a tired look despite renewed effort to make it more appealing.

Proximity. Serenity. Staff highly friendly. Room too small. Toilet, you have to bend down to urinate. Positioning of the television not comfortable ( too high) Bed noisy.

The surrounding area isn’t the greatest but you wouldn’t know once in the hotel, was offered a room away from main road and it was so relaxing and quiet, great staff, room had more facilities than most hotels and overall just a great experience , would come back again.

The owners son went out of his way to make a delicious breakfast, he was very attentive with a happy demeanour. There was an underground station close by, with good connections to my objective and to the centre. Nothing
