At this day and age; at this price level, it is not acceptable to be offering soft and sagging coil mattresses, when a decent IKEA mattress costs less than the daily room price. That's a real downer for this property.

Location was excellent When we entered the apartment unfortunately we found a small mouse on the sofa , and we informed the receptionist immediately about it

Do NOT stay here. The area is NOT safe. My daughter and I arrived around 6 pm and struggled to find the building, as it is poorly marked and requires being buzzed in. While we were on our phones trying to locate it, a masked man on a bike jumped onto the sidewalk and attempted to grab my phone. We ran toward the building and noticed three more bikes approaching. Once inside, reception was already calling the police because another guest had just had their phone stolen. We contacted Booking.com for assistance and were told to we had to speak with reception for them to ok cancellation of reservation, but the receptionist refused to call us back or discuss the situation. Booking.com ultimately made this right, and we were able to cancel the remainder of our reservation without the receptionist’s help. We were extremely shaken, felt unsafe leaving that night, and checked out the next day. I would strongly advise others not to stay here.

Garbage disposal; coworking space downstairs; quite a few grocery stores nearby; gym facilities with Technogym equipment . Very close to BSP or US embassy I tried to use the dishwasher but it didn’t work. Everything else is perfect

The kitchen was perfectly equipped and well laid out. The living area was spacious, tidy, and clean. The bedroom was a tad small but that's OK. 1) The bathtub surface is quite slippery, and since its height from the ground is tallish, there's a definite falling hazard at play. Urban Rest MUST place non-slip pads into the tub! That's a catastrophe waiting to happen! 2) The bed was too soft and quite saggy in the middle. I think it's time for a new bed here.

Internet voucher is expired ans then they provided us by voucher which is for 1 person only with a very long procedure

At the end of our stay, they told us to make sure we return both access keys, or we will be taxed for a missing key, but they provided only one key on our first day. We reached out to them to tell them this, but never got a reply

The location and the layout No cleaning during the stay, consequently the amenities and beds are not changing. They are very expensive to provide cleaning services. The dining table was very limited and narrow.

The facilities were fantastic. The flat was well appointed, spacious and had a great balcony; the actually living room was a bit small but perfect for what we needed. Rooftop pool, games rooms, terraces, lounges.... I've never seen such amazing shared facilities. Location was good, near Battersea Power Station and 9 Elms, so easy to walk and Tube. Good nearby facilities like coffee shop and grocery, but as it is all very new there is no real sense of neighbourhood nor community. We had to go to a seperate reception to get the keys, from the one in our actual building, despite there being a staffed reception in our building. But other than that smooth. There were individual codes, per device, for the internet, and despite asking several times we only ever had codes for one device; not practical in today's multi-device world. Why not just one code for the whole flat? Despite the agent telling us we could not have an early check-in because the unit was fully booked, that was clearly not true because the drain smells throughout the flat indicated no one have been in residence for some time. Nothing running the taps couldn't solve.

Everything was excellent! Location, facilities, clean and brand new!
