Amazing location and close to great food

We were greeted so warmly by staff, who also offered great recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood. Cafe was great, store was well-stocked, decor was OUTSTANDING. The kitchenette was incredibly convenient. It would have been nice to have basic things like olive oil stocked in the room for cooking. More than two caffeinated coffee pods would also have been appreciated. Perhaps some small snacks would really set this place apart.

The facilities were comfortable and modern The staff was excellent! Great location! there should be paper towels and more than 1 coffee cup in the kitchen; the A/c was not esy to adjust.

Safety & Central location

The location of this hotel is perfect for access to Heathrow and Stansted, and also in a fun bustling area near Liverpool St Station and Shoreditch. Lots of options for cafes, pubs, restaurants, activities. We found the staff not very consistent--some were fabulous (shout out to you, Daniel) and others said they would follow through with things and never did. The bar is really nice and we had some amazing G&Ts when we first arrived. The room is comfortable and has more storage than you see at first (e.g., drawers under the bed). The messaging via the booking chat/messaging is super annoying with requests for things and links missing, appears to be the worst kind of AI. When we got to the hotel people were very welcoming and kind so there was a huge mismatch between the two.

It's a really great spot. I love how close it was to the tube and some markets, the room was incredibly well appointed, and the staff was great. I would stay there again. There was an issue with an alarm when we were there. The staff was not at fault and was trying desperately to fix it, but it was pretty awful and went on for quite some time. The next day we got a letter from the manager offering for us to stop by to discuss (I sent a message noting that they should refund the night of that one night), but I was only in London for a few days and didn't want to spend my time speaking with the manager. Again, this seemed to be an anomaly, and everything else was great besides that, but I thought they might have offered something since we basically were awoken at 3:45 (and I never fell back to sleep).

Good location, friendly staff.

Great location, convenient to Liverpool tube station. Very clean. the bed was comfortable. I will stay again next time in London. Could use a desk if there is one in the room to do some work.

Trendy, very comfy, excellent and friendly staff The location! Didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night, and located in the heart of a college area

Great location. Charming apartment. The strange ledge to climb over to get into one side of the bed was awkward.

Hotel was nice, clean and modern. Perfect for our short stay in London, I mean really all we did was sleep and shower other than that we were out seeing the sites. The only draw back for us was the Location for what we wanted to see the location wasn't great because we like to walk so we can eat ...... Taxis and Ubers are readily available

Lovely hotel near in a great location. There are tons of food and shopping options nearby. Easy access to transportation. The staff was very nice and attentive. Traveled with a friend. We had a room with a bedroom (king bed) and a separate living area with a sofa bed. It was perfect. We both got have our own space! Love the kitchen area. It was great for warming food, making tea, and storing items that needed to be refrigerated. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Well equipped and organized room. Our room was not ready till 17:00 to check in - we were pointed to the bar to wait - would have been great if we had been offer a drink while waiting. But we were not. Shampoo was awful - very oily - think maybe it was filled up with something else - was very bad.

The location was perfect for London and staff were friendly. Long wait for check in (after 3pm) after we arrived early from a very early morning flight. In the room the double bed wasn't a double but 2 single mattresses placed together. Shower pressure was too weak for the money paid per night.

Great location, kind staff, amazing to have the little shop + cafe on site and the laundry room was also a great amenity to have. We loved being so close to both Aldgate and Liverpool station. Would absolutely stay again.
