Great location. Very nice and friendly staff. The room was clean. Free parking is also a huge plus. The main issue is the breakfast: A hotel like this should at least have a coffee machine with cappuccino. (they did have cappuccino powder next to the granola station, but those aren't good at mixing). I went at 7am and the scrambled eggs and sausage were both already cold. (they could have something to keep it warm). The cakes and fruits were okay. The mozzarella slices were frozen and very hard to take out of the tray.

Very nice breakfast, the main reason why I booked here; All the staff was very nice to me directly, and to other guests; just one guy at the reception is extremely rude and unpolite. I didn't ask for his name, but he's white, chubby, with short brown hair. Usually working at night time. He treated one old Mr. and his Wife very badly, insisted on being right, in the rudest and cockiest way. He might have been, but his bad manners are unjustifiable, for his working position. Definitively not an empathetic, social, and not kind person, you could feel the negative aura on him from miles away. Never greets customers properly, almost doesn't look at them when we enter the hotel hall. Please get rid of him. Also, change the toilet covers, that soft and yellowish plastic is far from being the image of clean and nice. Check on the conditions of the pool, it was a bit difficult to avoid all the birds feces. Sauna is not working, I pay for something i can't use.

Staff really great - always ready to solve any presented issue. I had an issue with the type of bed and promply they changed my room. Gym could be a little bit more equipped and open at 6 am instead of 7am.
