Good price and location, gently staff with attention. Excellent break fast! Hotel is very old and room have dirt aspect. Old furniture!

Good location. I booked a room with two twin beds but was given a room with only one bed. The room key did not work properly, requiring multiple trips to the front desk after being locked out. The room also had an unpleasant odor, and I found someone’s hair in the shower and no hot water either. Additionally, the property does not have a ramp to facilitate entry or exit, meaning guests with heavy luggage must carry their bags up several steps.

The flat because is a flat not a room very comfortable but the furniture very old ... Overall great.

The location is central, good rich breakfast. The bathroom is very old and needs renovation. There was mold in the shower. We had to move to another room because the first room we were given the furniturewase extremely old and the barhroom was full of mold. The hotel is very beautiful with great location but they need to pay more attention to small details such as providing new pillows. The pillows we had were completely worn out and not comfortable. Also, the bed sheet that was provided to cover was way too small for 2 adults.

In a great neighborhood, very near a Spa (La Vita Spa) that provided a very needed massage after a long travel. Personnel very friendly and accommodating. I will stay again here!! N/a

Nice rooms and great dining. Loved the firm mattress. I am a senior American citizen woman traveling alone. I went to this hotel due to I felt unsafe in Brasil with who I was staying with. I left the unsaved situation and entered your hotel. I repeatedly told two of your front desk clerks to please do not disturb me and never share my business with anyone. I explained I need safety and security there in the hotel until I leave for airport to leave Brasil. My request was completely ignored. The first hotel clerk never entered my request into the computer for all staff to see and follow. As a result. I kept receiving one call after another into my room from the people who's home I had left. Five telephone calls came in and never translated into English for to understand. These men know I do not speak Portuguese but kept calling talking not translating. This is harassment!!! I spoke to another desk clerk but again to no avail since yesterday morning that particular man allowed yet another man to call to my room from the lobby. He then, yesterday, refused to call me an Uber cab who took my credit card. He told me to get into some other car parked in front of the hotel. He told me your hotel does not have an Uber App. I reminded him your hotel is a 4 1/2 star hotel so why does this hotel not have an Uber App? He answered and said, "the stars mean nothing anymore". I asked to speak to the manager and this man pulled aside another man and told me this is the Assistant Manager. However, the man kept interfering with my conversation with this Manager. I asked for a private conversation using my Google Translator. But that man would not honor my request to speak privately to the Manager and the Manager did not take leadership or charge of this matter. Nothing was resolved due to this. I went and called The American Embessy and told them for a second time what is happening to me and I asked for help and security.

Marcio and the restaurant staff were excellent. There was an issue of continual running water within the wall area which started on our second day and stopped 6am on our 4th day!
