this place was good overall. I liked that there are lots of places to go eat walking distance

Clean, and great location.

Nothing. If I could I would give a zero to this place. Clearly a drug joint, gang spot, with open air drug use. Lots of junkies intoxicated everywhere upon arrival. Checkin window has a bullet proof glass. When I arrived I asked them if I could cancel (had booked 5 hours before) because I had children and clearly that wasn't a safe environment for them. The attended laughed on my face and said "its a non-refundable booking". we decided to stay but very scarred a junkie could just bang on the door and make my kids terrified. Room smelled like cigarretes even tough it said it was a non-smoking, it had gang graffiti on the walls. It' s an embarrassment that booking allow these type of properties there.

The Lady in the Front office was very rude and unprofessional. I had a room that TV didn't work for the first 3 days I was there when I asked to have my room changed some guy attempted to fix my TV but he got frustrated and left. The whole experience was my worst I requested to.have maid service via the sign that hangs outside the door and left and came back and my room was not cleaned at all. The internet service only worked on one device a day. That was just the worst experience ever!

Okay property it's been my own the wife is very pleasant kind of know each other shows p**** and nicest room sort of for that type of motel

The room was clean. Not a great area. It smells like California or Colorado in the surrounding area. A lot of homeless people on the streets nearby. Our room was on the street and was surprisingly quieter than expected. It was fine for our use, we got there at 9 at night and left at 7 in the morning. It is not far from CSULB. The bathtub/shower combination was small and there are no handrails if you have mobility issues. Water was hot. Also, there were no hangers if you were hanging your clothes. The a/c unit was louder than expected. The mattress was firm in the middle and very soft on the edges.

Multiple choices of food and vending machines Other hotels I’ve stayed at in the same category had very limited choices or no any machines at all A very friendly staff and accommodating to my needs who respond well to Request Very pet friendly good value for the money HBO was a nice benefit The shower was great Jackinl, the box restaurant across the street There was a phone in the room to reach the front desk or my calls around the world Decent toiletries Could use a coffee maker in the room The room floor could’ve been more clean. My new white sock was pretty dirty from walking in the room. If someone was shooting a fireworks and then early evening, several nights in a row

Outside says FREE HBO, but inside says antenna channels only, and even those didn't work. I've stayed there many times. It is reasonably clean, but It's just not what it used to be.
