Unfortunately did not have time to have breakfast. The staff was great. I really like the room for two people. The separate rooms were not expected but so welcomed. I like that the space was utilized well for two people. Cant really say there was something I did not like.

Very convenient location , clean. The staff went above and beyond.

Good bang for the buck,...

I will stay in Long Island City when i come to New York. Hotel was in a great spot next to the train station—only a 5 minute ride to Times Square-Staff was very nice. Great stay

Very clean, and amenities are new. The location is extremely convenient. The price is fair considering it’s in NY. Staffs are very friendly. Severe noise problem no matter which room you are in. The windows are just single layer glass, and the wall is like a piece of wood, so you can hear both the noise from the road and from neighbors.

A special shout-out to Douglas at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and helpful which truly went above and beyond what I would normally expect from hotel service. Thank you so much for making the experience so memorable! Sometimes found someone else’s hair on the bath towels. I hope a bit more attention can be paid to this in the future.

Superb

Establishement provided zero channel of communication. Phones were never tended to and when assistance was needed, no one was anywhere to be found.

I stay in several of the hotels in the vicinity of Court Square in Long Island City, and I would rate Even Hotel very highly!

Exceptional

The front staff, Veronica and Douglas, were extremely courteous and helpful. Both of them made us feel very welcome. Hotel is located close to a subway station which made maneuvering around Manhattan very convenient.

Friendly, hospitable staff. Clean facility. Comfortable beds. Very convenient to several subway stops and quick dinner and coffee spots. Rooftop bar and restaurant were not open at all anytime we checked

A/c didn't work. A fan was placed in our room instead of fixing the A/c

Unfortunately, one of the days that we were away from the room for 12 hours, the maid didn't shut the door properly when she left after cleaning. Our door was left open and exposed the entire day we were out. Management apologized but hasn't done more.

Clean, good linen, good coffee.
