Motel 6 Longview, TX

That it was clean. I check in I take a shower and within 15 minutes the lady at the front called the cops on me. I paid I showed ID I did nothing wrong and she called the cops to ask me what is my reason for the stay I may never go back to this place or a hotel 6 for that matter if you're going to treat a paying customer like this. Lady at the front was a short African American lady with a birthmark below her left eye.

The staff lied to us. Let us pay a deposit and after we left lied and stated that there was no deposit. On the window was a notification stating they ask deposit but when I confrunted them they turned around and close the door on me. Lydy switch of screen

The price was ok but I reserved a room with a bathtub and it was a shower, I went back to office and let them know and they said they would fix it , a few moments later I got another room this time a handicap non smoking and was promised it had a tub in bathroom....it did not and was strongly smelling of roach spray poisoning... I requested my Money back and was told no refunds after $54 to reserve it, $54 for room and $25 deposit I got no refund and didn't even stay in it more than 3 seconds

Convenient access from I 20 and it was very quiet and was able to get a good nights rest There was no free breakfast. But for the price I paid I could afford to go just down the street and afford a good breakfast

If you aren't from India, they treat American customers with complete disrespect..I accidentally double booked the same day and after my bank confirmed they charged me twice, they tried to lie and say I was only charged once when I have the invoices. I will never stay at a place who treats their GUESTS, PAYING GUESTS, as if they are in a prison cell under their complete control. Power hungry, and resentful of hard working Americans.

Yes it’s cheap. But the place is always clean, everything works properly, nobody bothers you. What more could you ask for? Been traveling to Longview for work for a year now and they never disappoint.

Insatisfecha la habitación que pedí era para no fumadores y olía horrible a tabaco dentro de la habitación. Las sábanas y toallas estaban amarillentas y con manchas pedí habitación para 3 y solo pusieron 2 toallas a pesar de que el baño era amplio la tina era sumamente pequeña, realmente me quedé porque estaba demasiado cansada pero dormí 4h y me fui de inmediato

The room was very neat and clean. Once the ac was on it was very cool and nice and relaxing. The staff was very nice and very friendly. Everything was very very good. Wished I could’ve stayed longer

The showers are too small and ironing board not good also the iron itself leak water.
