La propiedad es muy bonita, igual que la playa. Me encantó que teníamos acceso a kayaks y pádel board El staff, me parece como que no había mucha iniciativa de trabajar, y la gente que si hacía bien su trabajo era muy poca y no se daba abasto con todos los huéspedes. Pague mi estancia con desayuno incluido, y uno de los días que me quedé tardaron casi 45 min. en servir mi desayuno, hay momentos del día en que no hay comida, así que recomendaría llevar snacks, bebidas. Cada habitación tiene refrigerador. Nopoló es muy bonito, pero todo está lejos y cerrado en Julio.

We went in June 24 through 27; staff were great and friendly. Only thing the staff in the restaurant very limited (slow at times) and closed down the pool at 9pm. Would be great if they left the pool bar open longer

Great location Poor up keep

The beach and just how its nice calm and nobody there to bother you its a vacation. The location is away from everything and I mean everything. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant and the food were great for a good price. A lot of the places and restaurants in the area closed. Only one restaurant was open the bar was closed I know its off season. The pool could be cleaned up and kept up since that is the only attraction and the beach.

The property has potential but needs a lot of renovations and cleaning. Needs renovations and areas need to be cleaned.

You need more breakfast menu

Excellent location on the sea and lovely staff. So walkable to town. Very clean but rooms need a refresh.

Gift shop was closed, gym was closed, facility again needs some love.

Spacious, nice and clean rooms. Outdoor amenities - beach was awesome, and swimming pools very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Lacked communication about facilities and amenities available. For instance, we were not told how to obtain beach towels, how to obtain kayaks and paddle boards. We found out these were available from other guests. There is a fitness/exercise room, but you have to ask where it is (no map of the facilities). Room is provided with a coffee pot, but coffee is only provided for the first day. It must be purchased if you want to make coffee in your room additional days, if you can even find a staff member who knows where additional coffee is and how to sell it to you. Essentially, they told us to buy coffee at the restaurant to bring up to our room. Very chintzy! Main restaurant is very noisy, unpleasant space, and only used for breakfast. Food is mediocre. Outdoor poolside restaurant food is ok. Alcoholic drinks (e.g. Mojito, Rum Punch) VERY weak, hard to tell if bartender put alcohol in them.

Mosquito everywhere.. Staff very friendly Front desk she was amazing. I don't know her name but she did everything ✌? She works 3/11..but she needs help!! But she was friendly too all.. the rest of the front desk... not soo much!!! Get her some help!!! The place is run down.. needs update For the price you pay!!!

Heaven on Earth. It could use some updating, but nothing serious.

The room was not cleaned well. Found a used bandaid in the shower. There was no hot water in the shower the first two days. There are no heating options in the rooms and asked for extra blankets only to be given two damp blankets that were shoved into my hands when delivered. The whole resort looks run down. Weeds growing through drains and in walkways. Pool furniture broken. Pool and pool area was not cleaned. Hot tubs jets did not work. Cement around pool was cracking and breaking off in chunks. Saw exposed rusted electrical boxes around the property. The dining options are limited on the property. The nice big restaurant is only available for breakfast. The large bar above the lobby was never open. Only the pool bar and grill was available for food and drinks. Food was OK.

Heaven on earth!??☀️? I wish there were a few hours a day of no dance music so I could revel in the natural sounds and beauty of this other-worldly gift-from-God golf & liesure resort.✨?️?️

Heaven on ??☀️? I wish there were an established 2 to 3 hours a day of no dance music so I could take advantage of listening to the beautiful sounds of the Loreto Bay waves, the fountains, & the rich nature all around us.

The location is outstanding Poor facilities- the gymnasium was inadequate, the pool somewhat tired

Great location! Beachfront and a great pool provides ample opportunity to enjoy the water.

There is good value for the money here. Loved the architecture of the entire property, very well designed. The beach is wonderful- big long expanse to walk down. Pelicans were diving right off the beach! The kayaks/paddle boards were great-included for 1 hour. The food was pretty good there. The town of Nopolo is fantastic! Great French restaurant right out the street with pastries in the morning and dinners at night. Ocotillo and Azul, are 2 other fine dining experiences down the road, walking distance. I booked it for the pool and beach. Unfortunately,, the pool is not swimmable for laps!!! They put in a bridge bisecting the 2 ends that is only 12" deep. The WIFI was not good for downloading any files, so not good for work. Had to go to the lobby to work to get WIFI. And there was no hot water. Warm at best. The shower valves are finiky, not labeled correctly- so to get warm water, you turn it just on, but not all the way. In another room, you needed to turn the valve halfway to get warm. And at night, there were no lights on over the stairs, kind of a safety issue.

Location and grounds. My room had a dirty ceiling fan, the refrigerator was old and noisy, I had to turn it off. The tv dated. I had a first floor room and could hear the footsteps from the room above me and when the toilet flushed, I could hear the water in the pipes. So, kind of noisy I’d say.
