Clean, very functional and helpful staff at a convenient location

Everyone was very welcoming. The rooms and hall ways all very clean.

I like their kitchens.

My only feedback is more towels. For example, there were 3 guests in the room and there we only 2 large towels. Extra foot mats to keep the floors dry. A bigger hotel name signage, so it’s readable from far away. Guests can anticipate to slow down and turn right into the property, instead of making a quick right once the sign is seen.

We were left in a room without a working AC unit. The room was hot. Front desk said we couldn’t change rooms and couldn’t be compensated because it was booked through Expedia. They gave us a portable ac but it left the room humid.

The staff was polite, the hotel itself was nice and clean.

The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and many conveniences, while still being very quiet. Since the hotel is not right next to a busy road and is near the Toyota Research Institute, it felt nicely shielded from traffic noise. Breakfast was okay. Most items seemed pre-prepared or packaged, but that is fairly common, so it was acceptable. The main downside was that the air conditioner was very loud. Also, while housekeeping came every other day, the cleaning was not thorough at all. The floor in particular did not seem well cleaned, as my child often walked barefoot in the room and the bottom of his feet became black.

The staff was wonderful to work with and very understanding of my situation. The room was clean and with kitchenette, perfect for a long term stay. Pool and hot tub were clean. Also near grocery store and other places.

The breakfast was good, and the fitness center was adequate. Several smokers were around the pool and patio area. The price was high for this type of property.
