Barbara and Rodrigo were so friendly and welcoming. All the little touches really made the experience a 10/10. I will definitely stay again. Good job Carlyle

It looks less new than the photos and just felt a little unclean.

Do not ever stay here. They were horrible. My air conditioner went out Friday night and there was only 1 person working the whole property. I went down to ask for help and he said “I’ll be there is just a minute.” An hour later he came and didn’t do anything and said “I gotta go because my shift is over but I’ll let the owner know.” We had to sleep in 80 degree heat. The next afternoon someone finally showed up and fixed it. Earlier on Saturday, we asked for someone to turn down the room and this young, very rude, girl who worked there said “it’s too late, you should have asked last night.” I said “I’m not good with that.” She rolled her eyes and said “ok” and just walked off. I asked her for her name and she lied to me. I found out the next day what her real name was. After all of that they refused to refund my hotel stay and just took off the $60 parking charge. We paid $900 for two days. Avoid this place at all costs. They were truly horrible.

I don’t mind paying extra fees, but hotels should be transparent about them upfront. Because of this lack of transparency, I would not recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel. The parking situation was maybe the worst part about the stay. There’s limited space at the above ground lot and it’s a very tight area. There is underground parking available but I’d often have to go inside and let someone know that we were trying to get in so they can open the gate. I would suggest they implement some way where they are alerted that someone is attempting to enter through the gate. To add to that, we had a moment one night where we wanted to enter the underground lot but the receptionist was out for lunch so we had to drive around and wait until someone returned. Besides these issues it wasn’t a bad stay. The room was clean and we had what we needed. The shower was also a little weird but over all manageable. I’d recommend it for anyone on a budget.

The hotel has a real nice vibe to it. Parking on site can be a bit challenging. Hotel is a bit outdated but good overall.

Nice place, pleasant people

Room was dirty when we checked in. Old to-go food container and alcohol left in fridge, hair left in bathroom sink, no counters were wiped down. As if linens were changed out and that’s it. Friend and I were only there for one day so we didn’t want to argue with anyone over it n just took it as a loss. Upon check in you get offered discounted parking for leaving a review, so I’m convinced we were bamboozled by fake reviews because we had high hopes based on reviews and were extremely disappointed.

The pictures online really get you. The rooms were very small, and there not much around the area. It’s old and run down. The staff was nice. Overall, it was just ok.
