Very nice hotel for the price, staff was very nice. Just the location for our needs to Little Tokyo was a bit far away for the heat of the days.

Be aware that the hotel is in Downtown and there are a lot of homeless in the street close to the hotel. The hotel was safe and no homeless people were in the entrance but just know it is not as safe for walking. A lot of good places are a short uber/lyft ride. Two blocks from hotel there ir a metro station. The Metro station is fine but again beware of all the homeless in the carts and halls.

スキッドローの近くとはいえ、ロビーも部屋もとても綺麗で清潔、チェックイン/アウトもとてもスムーズで、コスパも良かったです。試合終わりの19:30というそこまで遅くはない時間帯に戻った日も、その時間帯の時点でロビーに入るエントランスはホテル客でないと入れない仕様になっており、セキュリティの方も常にいて安心できました。バスルームが半透明で影が見えてしまうので、その点は一緒に泊まる方同士で配慮してください。

Thoughtfully designed tiny rooms with a big comfortable lobby to complement them. Good vibe.

Love this place! Which downtown LA was cleaner but not the hotels fault. This place is the best! I have the most amazing sleep.

Exceptional

Stayed here while in town for business. Normally I like to stay at the Westin a few miles away but the rates were ridiculously elevated for some reason. But hotel had a very cool vibe and property was well maintained. Had a secured entrance, with security out front and in lobby. Great bar and the working spaces in the lobby area were fantastically set up and my favorite. As far as for the overnight stay, it was like IKEA, a Hollywood pop culture enthusiast, and a Silicon Valley tech person from the mid 2010’s got together to make a hotel lol. I don’t mean that in bad way, just describing the aesthetics and it works! I say it’s perfect for one, not ideal IMO for more than one person per room as the rooms are pretty tight, but passable for a couple. Also a great option for those on a budget and want a clean and safe hotel for 1-2 nights. I met a young couple at the lobby bar who drove out from Arizona for a little mini vacay to visit LA for first time and they definitely loved it. They said they were worried about the size of rooms and whether property was as good as the reviews or pictures on website because seemed too cheap but was one of few options that was within their budget. But after arriving, them like myself, were thoroughly impressed with everything. Also front desk staff was really nice and helpful with the automated check-in process. Bar staff also really helpful and friendly. Will likely book and stay here again in future.

In the review, it did not allow you to give you the option to add a 5 star review. I wanna let you guys know that we were very happy. It is a very small hotel. First time we experience it because we were always staying there overnight. It was good but for the price that I paid for it not to satisfied, especially because everything besides, the coffee was charged. That’s my review.

Excellent client service, and the hotel is very practical, clean, with all you need. My daughter and I had an excellent experience. A big plus is very close to Little Tokio, Grand Central Market and public transport.

Location being at a very convenient part of Downtown Los Angeles. Very high tech for a hotel in terms of room controls which I loved. N/A

CitizenM was the perfect place to stay! I highly recommend it, especially for couples or solo travelers. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located near the Walt Disney Concert Hall and several museums. The location made it easy to explore the area, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!
