City Center Hotel Downtown Los Angeles

I booked a room with two beds, and the table in between the two beds was very dirty. It takes a while to check in, and the hotel keys are labeled incorrectly. My neighbor, who lived next to mine, was quite loud. Without telling me, the staff would go inside my room and clean when I'm outside. CONTEXT: When I booked this hotel, the website did NOT state there were cleaning services in the morning. The bathroom sink was barely flowing water, and it was mostly just hot water, which did not help since it was quite hot during the summer. There was AC in my room, BUT it was in a very bad condition. I also had bed bug bites after staying in this hotel.

Close to Crypto Arena The room was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in, sheets were dirty, TV did not work, walls were torn up, sink and bathtub dirty, tables and chairs were torn and dirty. I had to sleep in my car it was a horrible facility. Booking needs to remove the hotel from its sight.

The property is not a good place . Staff’s behavior is very rude . When I started my journey from JFK airport of 14th August evening at 15.40 New York time one lady staff called over phone and said there is no room . I was crossed immigration that time and was not any other option to cancel my journey . My flight delayed little bit than I reached city center hotel at mid night . One staff Manny showed a paper that no room . He said get out no room told you over phone . I replied I booked room via Booking.com you can’t cancel room in same day There is a cancellation involved . Now mid night where I will go at mid night. Then we requested him to permitted to sit on sofa up to morning . He denied and said get out . We were undone and requested frequently nd stayed on sofa , there was no bath room there , There was no scope to buy food even any scope to pee.. A little counter and one sofa over there. At 9 Am of 15th August Mr Manu offered one lady will check out today you can’t cancel room get room today but price will be high that is 250 usd for next two nights . We have no scope to move other because we were very tired and exhausted. We got room . He do cancel previous booking through booking . Com . and Showed in SYSTEM NO SHOW But we are very much available there 14th of August . We disappointed, very much annoyed and mentally even physically was sick . My trips were interrupted and we unable to enjoy our short visit due to such type of miss-behavior of property staffs . I use booking.com since long . I surprised that they recommended such type of bitter hotel to me . I mentally upset unable enjoy my trips and requested to Booking. Com investigate matter compensate me and back my money . I had never ever seen such type of behavior from hotel. I explained above . Property denied to provide room . I was reported on the date of booking but they did not provide room , misbehaving canceled my booking , shown no show . Dis agreed to give room . Please see above where explained.

This property is literally only for if you need a place to sleep. It’s a motel, so there’s only free WiFi and limited parking, first come, first served. Not sure where or when breakfast is offered, but I didn’t see a place for it. It’s currently being renovated in some way, so there’s only free is construction dust. The internet was down while I was there for a whole day, but the receptionists were super helpful opening the doors. $35 early check in charge. Only a mini fridge and tv in the room. Rooms are fairly bare outside of those, a table and a dresser. Linens weren’t crazy clean (mine had a cigarette burn) but they replaced the towels while I was away.

N/A The most disappointing experience. After I arrived in Los Angeles by flight, I brought my luggage and family to check into this hotel. The hotel informed me that the room I had booked was leaking and refused to switch our room or provide any assistance. I wandered around downtown Los Angeles with my family and luggage at the late night, searching for a hotel where we could stay. Who could understand the feeling of helplessness and fear I experienced! ? The next day, I received a notification from the platform stating that the hotel had marked me as a no-show and was imposing a $112.5 fine on me. Refusing to provide the agreed-upon service and then falsely accusing the customer?! How dare you?！

Yeah the front door broke so I couldn't leave after that, late even snack but I had to crawl out the window to get out door was stuck and wouldn't open. Kinda weird leaving that way.

Super dirty. Did not look at all like the pictures shown. Not sure if its being remodeled or soon to be torn down.

It had 2 beds AC didn't work right. The water pressure was low. Cable didn't work at all. Dope fene and hookers did what ever they wanted. The pool had beds trash and tarps in. AND ITS UNDER RENOVATION.IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PIC'S ON LINE

Hotel sucio, el área del estacionamiento lleno de gente de la calle que no estaba hospedada en la propiedad. Hotel muy sucio. Nos tuvimos que mover de hotel por que no estaba en condiciones para hospedar a mi familia. Falta fe limpieza y muy inseguro.
