Great hotel experience! Everything was nice, and I really liked how fast and easy the check-in process was. The continental breakfast was also a big plus—there were plenty of choices and something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot with great views of the hollywood hills if you are on the correct side of the building. Staff was excellent, and breakfast was tasty.

The staff were awesome!! The building and rooms were well kept and very clean. The location is perfect! Breakfast was a basic buffet, but well stocked and clean.

Staff went above and beyond. Across from Crypto Arena, where I came for a concert. Beds were comfortable. I liked how you needed your room key to access the elevator; it made me feel safe. Parking was expensive, although it seemed standard for hotel parking in that area.

We booked a room because we were going to a concert across the street. Check in was at 4:00 and we arrived shortly after so everyone had time to get ready for the concert. They did not have clean rooms available so everyone had to do their hair and make up in the lobby and we didn’t get a room until 6:00, which was when doors opened.

Clean, valet parking, breakfast included. Close to event. Great staff.

Room per se is great, food is ok, nice water pressure, room is clean. Beddings is fresh Lots of mosquitoes especially the first room where i was assigned at. Bedside outlet in the first room didn’t have power. While the beside lamp in the 2nd room isn’t working. The big guy at the lobby isn’t helpful to hand me a help with my luggages even if he sees me struggling to put them in the huge cart. There’s hidden resort charge, though it was refunded back when i complained as i didn’t use it

Parking attendants for the valet parking are so rude guys and greedy all they are looking is to trap innocent customers parking is a scam and they are making ridiculous money from innocent customers who didn’t pay attention while booking the property

The cleanliness of the room

The parking is very expensive can range between $66 to 80 per day. Additionally the incidental fee is $150 per night. The restroom door always got stuck and for the price the rooms were small. I would never stay there again there are more nice and better priced hotels.
