Room very clean, hall leading to rooms need a little TLC .

The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The gym had a variety of equipment and it was spacious with a nice view overlooking the LA Live entertainment district. My only complaint was the lack of complimentary breakfast items other than coffee.

I'm not sure about this place. It'a not what wr expected It was the service, and also the atmosphere just was not what we expected. It was convienient to the reason why we were in LA, but just not us. It was outdated and noisy at nights

We felt safe, clean room, nice shower, walking distance to foodies, nice city view, receptionists were excellent especially Gina was helpful and approachable. Close to our son’s school. City noise background was naturally okay, it’s LA!

Tommy was the gentleman who helped us take our luggage to our room. He was beyond friendly and so helpful.

Clean room, friendly staff, and comfortable environment!

Rooms were well equipped with fridge, safe, charging facilities etc. Noisy until 3am on Saturday night from a bar next door.

Staff was nice and courteous and our room was very clean. The hotel it's self was very convenient for our stay since we had an event at the convention center and crypto arena.

No microwave in rooms other than that love staying here
