The hotel is conveniently located near the conference centers. Very boutique feel in all the best ways. It has a warm ambience. We really enjoyed our experience. I also really liked the valet service and the use of your mobile phone to request your car. They were very speedy.

Everything was pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The staff was really amazing and the outdoor pool was really really awesome. I’d go back again.

Great indoor seating areas by the bar & restaurant. I ordered a glass of red wine and sat on one of the couches with my book. Cafe Fig has a great breakfast menu. Evening options were nice too. Friendly staff. The fitness room is small. Only one treadmill. They have two pelotons and one weight machine (bowflex-type thing). I was missing my Pilates reformer but I know that’s unheard of in a hotel and it wouldn’t have fit. The bedroom was also small but it was clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated being able to open the window for some fresh air in the mornings.

K-CONへ歩いていけるロケーションはとても良かったです。チェックインは少し待たされましたが、丁寧に対応していただきました。テレビのリモコンの不調を伝えるとすぐに直してくれました。水回り設備やエスプレッソマシンは説明の図解が役立ちました。

Exceptional

The bathroom was a good size I wish free breakfast was included in the room had a ceiling light. Also, the shower was difficult to work.

Although I didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities, I always love staying at Hotel Figueroa! My favorite place to stay in the Los Angeles downtown area! My room is always clean, staff is always helpful, the outdoor pool is wonderful and so is the restaurant and bar. Everything you need is within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you’re in town for an event at either the Crypto Arena or the LA Convention Center.

Superb hotel in Downtown LA close to the crypto.com arena. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the foyer, restaurant, and rooms are beautiful. Great beds too - we would definitely stay here again!

The staff was AMAZING and the property was beautiful. Unfortunately all the bedding and towels smelled not so fresh. They may need to switch or improve on their laundry service 😬
