It's clean but very old. It's historic, so there is no elevator thus toting luggage was a PITA. The rooms are TINY 2 beds and 1 little night table. The bathroom doesn't have real doors on it. They are like closet doors and have no lock. It is very loud on the street cars blaring music and tons of horns honking.

Ask me a question about the staff, location, amenities, PARKING! My response is would be, “There is nothing that isn’t EXCELLENT!” about this hotel. Book your next trip now!

Lovely place.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms needed updating, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. We will stay here again.

The location is excellent as it’s right at the edge of West Hollywood where everyone goes to party and have dinner. I actually live in Los Angeles and I booked a night at the hotel because I was going to gay pride, which is one of the biggest in the United States, but apparently the hotel staff forgot about this event. When I checked in my room, there were long black hairs on the floor of my shower and I had not used it yet. So I called for Housekeeping to come clean it and the person at the front desk arrived with a spray bottle and two rags which did not delay my concerns on sanitation. He told me that Housekeeping had gone home for the day and it was only 4 o’clock in the afternoon. It seems to me that on gay pride weekend the Housekeeping staff should be doubled up, and not sent home early. This was shortsighted of the management. Anyway, the front desk clerk, clean my bathroom with what little cleaning supplies he had. And I appreciated it. The one thing I will say is that the staff was excellent. They worked there a little buds off to accommodate the guest on this crazy weekend. But they exceeded their limit. There was no valet the day of the parade. There was no baggage claim so luggage was literally stacked up in the lobby to the ceiling. Grade B-

all staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Specially, Veronica awesome job.

Location is great. Easy for car pickup and drop. Attached restaurant is delicious. No midnight snacks or drinks available.
-
All in all, I just felt really welcomed and like they truly appreciated my patronage.

Shelby was exceptional. We were there on a family emergency and she was so kind and attentive. Her customer service exceeded our expectations, and she really made us feel heard. The room was beautiful and the attention to detail was great. We enjoyed the courtyard and morning coffee to unwind before heading to Cedars-Sinai hospital, which was only minutes away. I highly recommend the hotel! I was charge twice for parking, but my bank got that squared away.

The room was cleaned, we were able to get into our room a little early ( which is a plus) after travels hours. There were plenty of places to eat and two groceries stores a few blocks aways to get juice/water and fresh fruits to put in mini fridge.
-
The street traffic is very loud all night, required earplugs.
-
Great location to explore Beverly Hills and West Hollywood and the Sunset Strip.
-
Clean room of adequate size. Friendly staff
-
No issues with anything except no elevator
-
Thr room was small and faced the restaurant which made it very noisy. Obviously the hotel is aware since it issues ear plugs for each guest. TV had very few stations available unless you used your own subscriptions.
-
Hotel was in a great location, the room was nicely furnished and the communal terrace areas were a great bonus. Downsides were the automatic key system to get into the room which could be quite clunky and the high price of parking.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Affordable Beverly Hills 1960's era hotel located in a safe area. Wonderful staff, Veronica so very helpful and sincerely friendly. Online check-in was not user friendly but Veronica patiently assisted. Very nice relaxing courtyard that connected to Italian restaurant. Rooftop area had a beautiful night time view but the furniture was pretty worn due to the elements. Our very small King deluxe room had a tiny bathroom with a narrow two piece divided door that you closed using two knobs, allowing the occupant no privacy. Most likely would stay in a different hotel during our next visit.
