This was by far not one of by far THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was unfriendly, the parking gate never worked we were stuck for a long time and no way to get out. Valet was awful. I would give it a 0/10.

We were not to impressed with the breakfast hostess/cashier. We had waited in line and asked a question that she was not familiar with and were told we had to leave the line and go to the front desk and return. Again having to stand in line to order breakfast. Other than this, all other staff members were very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a great stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. We especially enjoyed the games and common areas downstairs, which added a fun touch to our stay. Having a restaurant on-site was very convenient, and the complimentary Uber rides to nearby locations were a wonderful perk. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience, we would definitely stay here again.

I wanted to stay at this property with my girlfriend because there are some events in the area that we like that are close to this hotel. My girlfriend got sick a few days before the event so we could not use the reservation. We asked Expedia if we could move the date and we were shown a "move penalty" fee of almost more than the price of just booking another hotel room. We asked the hotel for courtesy credit, refund or even a reasonable fee to move the date as Expedia noted that the fee was based on the hotel's policy. I called and sent messages through the Expedia app. However, the hotel kept insisting we had to go through Expedia to change the booking and did not accommodate us when Expedia's site specifically states that this fee is based on the hotel's policy. An established 4 star hotel has the capability to credit/refund you as a courtesy–– it's their hotel–– and I can easily see through this punting of responsibility. As a result we are out almost quite a bit of money. I wouldn't normally mind if it was just a few bucks but this room rate was already artificially hiked up because of the World Cup and it is too steep to say nothing. It doesn't matter how nice your hotel room is. If you treat your customers this way in hospitality it's disrespectful and cold. I would not book this property again unless I absolutely need to and I don't recommend other people book this property unless you pay for a really good insurance.

I have already filled this at once. Monika at the front desk was superb and professional, and helped me get my room for an early check-in. I went to the California restaurant in the lower floor and the staff of Carlos, Edgar, and Fernando were fabulous. Everything was great at the hotel! ?I did not have any complaints. Everything was great.?

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location is adjacent to everything in Westwood, including the UCLA campus. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We plan to stay there every time we visit Los Angeles.

I like the fact that they offered coffee and water in the lobby. Offered a 2 mile radius Uber. I was disappointed that they did not have a hot tub. We had to ask for a coffee maker in a room and usually that’s just standard in other hotels We had to pay for a microwave $45 because my friend has allergies and needed to bring her own food. I was surprised that there weren’t more restaurants close by.

Definitely this will be my new go to hotel when visiting our son who attends UCLA. It was a quick walk to Westwood Village(where he lives), and not far from campus. The hotel is on a ‘busier road” but you still can walk places. We felt safe. The staff were wonderful, and we were upgraded to 11th floor quieter room(not overlooking the street.) it also was our anniversary and they sent complimentary dessert up to the room with a card. Happy Hour at the hotel was great, and comp wine from 5-6. Also, the outside pool and fire pit aware was really nice to sit outside

Liked the property. It needs an update but still lovely, clean, good service and can walk to a few restaurants.

As a heavy coffee drinker, I need to have access to hot water and coffee at all times during the day. There are no kettles or coffee makers in the rooms, and the lobby serves free coffee for only a short period in the morning which is not convenient. The closest coffee shops are at least 15 minutes walk.

Missed having coffee brewer in room All else was good. Fun bar and wonderful food at hotel restaurant. Complimentary Uber rides within two miles was great! Also appreciated the amenities fee was issued as a credit to their restaurant or grab and go! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

hotel itself was great and location. My husband found my diamond hoop earring on the bed and set it on the bedside table right before we left. I called housekeeping and front desk immediately and, instead of going to room to get it, they asked me to fill out some random on-line form and never heard back. Called Front desk several times and they forwarded me to housekeeping and it never picked up. You guys owe me a $1000 earring.

location hidden costs that we had no idea about which we're evidently in the fine print!!!
