Location and quietness. Love the hardwood floors and the bathroom tile. The pillows were too soft. There was an old smell to the room not sure if it was because of the furniture.

This property is amazing! It’s quiet, it feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the UCLA area, it’s safe. The staff is great, responsive. It has all the amenities for a peaceful stay

Hidden gem and great location n Westwood. Very walkable to restaurants, campus and very quiet Please please please get new tvs which allow for better streaming and integration with smart phone capabilities.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff replenish supplements very quick. It is very nice to have washer and cleaner for long stay. hope the foldable bed in the living room can be sturdier as my back hurt a little bit. Putting some cooking oil in the kitchen will also be great. Other than these minor things, I'm absolutely satisfied with the experience.
