Supposedly a four star hotel, with resort fee, $49/day valet parking, and taxes, we ended up paying about $375 per night. Door to our balcony wouldn’t open. Had to ask three people before one could get it done. Restaurant was okay. Menu was somewhat limited, then we ordered pizza for my son only to be told “we don’t have that anymore”. Valet parking is a little ridiculous, as the cars are parked on site within feet of where you drop them off. Nothing is walkable. The property is central to everything but convenient to little.

They make you feel like a true GUEST! Incredible customer service!!
-
All of the staff we encountered was professional and personable. The salt water swimming pool was most enjoyable. Only drawback, understaffed and difficult to get food and beverage service poolside.
-
Pool area was very noisy with children Shouting constantly.
-
The carpet was disgusting- stains and mildew everywhere. Paint chipping off in all places. The shower hasn’t been upgraded in decades and spills out of the tub even with curtain. Only positive was housekeeping and pool. First building needs upgrade

Superb

The property is run down and I felt like I was staying a motel with drug users. I would never recommend this property. It has the potential to be so much better.

We stay here often, at least twice per year. Always exactly what we need and close to friends and family.

The staff were so friendly and helpful in every area. The breakfast was delicious. The location as fantastic.

THIS IS A REHAB CENTER - BE AWARE! The smell as soon as you walk in is a hospital smell. The rooms are outdated and smelly as well. Horrible experience!

Great location for Brentwood . Valet staff was lovely. Nice bar area with food. Large room Coffee was absolutely horrible. Rooms are very old (paint, lighting, etc) but good enough. There was a giant cockroach in the hallway and I told the front desk who wasn’t the least bit bothered or couldn’t even fake being upset. Parking and food are very expensive relative to the condition of the rooms.

Clean rooms. Large Rooms. Staff was polite and helpful.

The staff was super helpful. We switched rooms easily when we got to ours and the patio we booked wasn’t in the room we entered. The room was spacious and well appointed. Loved the vibe and everyone was friendly and accommodating

A great stay with great staff

While clean and spacious, the rooms are…tired. There is absolutely no accommodation for any kind of devices/tech. We struggled to find enough outlets. The carpets need a good cleaning, but should probably just be ripped out all together. Not sure what the deal is with the bathrooms. No cup to hold your toothbrush, no extra towels under the sink, The public spaces are very pretty, but the furniture up at the pool has seen better days. Lastly - the $35/day “resort fee” is ridiculous. Not even sure what that covers. The front desk told me it’s to cover the “free water”? How is it free if you’re charging me $35/day? I really hope this hotel gets the love and attention it needs. I love the location and the fact that it’s not a chain hotel. But they need to do better.

Awesome hotel and will definitely stay there again. The staff is incredible. The rooms were great and the pool was fabulous.

I liked the restaurant and bar they had on site. I didn't like that it was valet only but they were very fast in getting the cars. The pool and fitness center up the hill wasn't ideal, i wish they built a pathway so you aren't walking on the street without a sidewalk. Overall it was a great stay.

I read a few reviews on here and a lot of people complained about the parking charge which is funny cuz if you go to LA everyone charges fees typically and the hotel here is reasonable and the room we had was beautiful the staff was great this is a great property for the price and what you get and the amenities pool I would definitely stay here again
