I would go in September when it’s not raining we went in August hoping that it wasn’t going to storm anymore almost later in the season it rained every day so the tide was high and I didn’t fell safe having my kid surf. He was disappointed

Woke up in the middle of the night thinking the windows were open but were closed. Too much noise wasn't able to sleep at all. Please do something to make the windows noise proof.

Central location Unmade room then reassigned to one with musty a/c; room over parking structure had elevator to exterior - no security

Location is near the metro, market, shopping, and restaurants/coffeeshops. Free parking. Room was located on the top floor in the furthest corner of the building. Due to the room location, we had no WiFi for 5 days. I have made multiple complaints with the front desk, only to have been told that our room gets no WiFi. Seems like they were aware of the situation and hesitantly given a new room when requested on the 5th day of our 9 day stay. The hotel is dated, the rooms were subpar, horrible lighting. The beds were too soft, pillows were shapeless ... The room just felt dingy and depressing.

Hidden gem!!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with all my questions. My room was nice, clean and well kept. Will return again and again! Highly recommended!

Staff was very helpful.Location was very convenient for what we were doing.The neighborhood is in the transition and could use some upgrading , but other than that , the hotel and the staff were fabulous More things to do in the neighborhood.It is in a transitional mode and the restaurants and stuff were not as many as we would like to be able to choose from

Locaton, Cleanliness, AC in the Room was horrible, Very Expensive and not a Value for Money for sure

free parking was the only perk that was offered There were no grab bars in the shower
