Garden Suite Hotel

Not a good place to stay. The beds are hard, the pillows are stiff and hard. Out wink was clogged. The little refrigerator leaked water all over the floor.

I enjoyed my stay at the Garden Suite Hotel. It was in the heart of K-town, which was great because there were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We stayed for three nights. Parking is on the side of the building and is in an underground parking garage. Please be careful going down, as it is very steep. Parking seemed safe, and each slot seemed to come with a charger if you have an electric car. We had very minimal interaction with staff other than checking in. We got a one-bedroom with a king bed, but it faced an apartment complex, so we didn't have the nicest view. I didn't mind because I knew we weren't going to be staying in the suite for a long time. The room was clean and tidy but fairly small. This is not a luxurious hotel, so do not expect much. There are not many amenities besides the restaurant on the lobby floor. My only qualm is that the walls are paper-thin. I can hear laughing and talking from other rooms, so if you have a crying baby or a loud group, this may not be the place to stay. Overall, I would stay here again but it wouldn't be a place to recommend to others.

It was a nice hotel. The price was reasonable and the hotel was within 25 minutes of Universal Studios Hollywood. The hotel was clean and seemed to be well maintained. It was also within walking distance of a McDonald’s and a grocery store, a really good Korean, and the hotel restaurant also had really good food. I would stay here again.

I feel like the place gets a bad rap on reviews. The parking is cheep and safe for your car, they have plenty of chargers if your car needs it. It’s very convenient to the metro if you are traveling, The room and hotel were very clean, just a bit old. I would describe staying here like staying at a family friend’s home. It’s friendly, comfortable and quiet. It was perfect for a concert weekend. The bar is also so adorable and they make great drinks!

Room was clean. Parking was good. The only thing is that in the morning there was a lot of noise maybe because it’s a little older hotel but it looks really fancy and the price was good.

The restaurant is very convenient to have close by.

Clean and comfortable rooms, bed made my back hurt, so unsure if it’s the bed or maybe I’m just not used to that kind of beds. AC works perfectly, so I was able to set it to my preference.

Staffs are great and place is clean. We had the two beds room and it’s good for the price. It’s close to everything, supermarkets and restaurants.
