The LINE Hotel

Stayed two nights. Great location (short walk to the Wiltern Theatre) and lovely staff (all very friendly and helpful). Room was small, with minor annoyances: TV in the corner by the bed placed too low, resulting in head bumps (even though I'm a relatively short person!); bathroom sink backed up quickly; nowhere to hang towels in bathroom; very tight, heavy door on the bathroom which required strength in both arms to move. OpenAire restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner.

The Room set up was a little strange and small, reminded me of a room I might get in Manhattan. The A/C was weird, it almost felt like a Swamp Cooler as the room felt a little moist. The Price of the Overnight Parking is Ridiculous.

Me and my cousins shared a room. There was four of us. The room was small, but it was still perfect.! The pool was a vibe every day. Sunday morning they even had a DJ . I don’t know if someone was having a I don’t know if someone was having an event or something, but it looked so fun . Just make sure to get there early enough to get a spot. I would say as soon as the pool opens. we parked across the street,on the weekends its only eight dollars a day. I told my parents about it and they’ll be staying there very soon. Highly recommend this spot.! It’s also across the street from the subway, which was very convenient. (: Can’t wait to stay there again!

The overall stay was great

When we arrived the room wasn’t quite ready. Hotel staff gave us coupons for free drinks at the bar while we waited and came and got us once they were ready for us. Very friendly staff.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were cool and unique!

The staff at the hotel weee excellent but the shower and lights in the room were poor… shower water was just dripping instead of pouring … the bathroom door was too heavy and hard to open n close.

This is a well-appointed, minimalist joy of a hotel in the heart of Koreatown, though depending on which view you get (city or hills), you may also get road noise. It is, after all, in the midst of the city. You will not hear your neighbors through the concrete walls but you will hear cars. If that bothers you, consider a hills view.

I stay here all the time because I like the aesthetic. This is at least my 6th stay. I am finally writing a review because it has been consistent at this point. The staff is TERRIBLE. They are so rude. It doesn't matter how politely I ask a question they are consistently condescending and dismissive. This stay, the ONE person who was in a good mood was the person who checked me in yesterday. The bartender is always annoyed that you are at the bar and bothering him. If you have to call the front desk they are annoyed that you are staying at the hotel. The disposition of the staff is just very unhelpful and bothered. Love the artistic appeal of the hotel but I cannot bring myself to stay there again. Not for what it costs. I can go be mistreated somewhere else for free. I do not recommend this hotel. LA has so much more to offer.

Service was okay. I appreciate the early check in. But I couldn’t get service at the pool and also, there were mostly in the bar in the lobby.

Upon arrival staff was immediately very helpful in organizing, Got checked in and was helped with our luggage. Room at first glance looked good but upon inspection there was stains that were questionable. The bathroom door was a slider door that did not close completely and the shower head was unappealing to use lol. Our view were the air conditioning and Unfortunately the hotel was at full capacity and we’re not able to change room. (good for the hotel) Just disappointed after booking over a month ahead . The Pool, restaurants and bar though were good vibes and included good food and drinks. I would return for those!

Best location to enjoy LA with my family and a dog. Rooms are clean and connected to each other! That was fun!

Definitely felt nickled and dimed to death in this hotel, wondering if I'd be charged just for just about everything in the room. Would not stay again when a motel 8 has more amenities and doesn't charge me a 30+ fee per night just for the privilege of having clean towels.

The room was small, and there was an extra parking fee and resort fee, not to mention that it wasn’t cleaned, so a panty someone had left out came out in the corner, and the USB cable jack was broken, so I couldn’t even charge my phone. A hotel that is too inconvenient and not worth the money. I don’t want to go back

Shower knob was loose/broken so that it was hard to keep water at certain temperature; sink was a bit clogged; and switch to turn off light was on wall too far away from the bed. Otherwise, staff were great at housekeeping and front desk and restaurant/bar. It was noisy due to window at street side, but used ear plugs to sleep at night. Thanks.

Well located property for a Koreatown LA stay. Not far from West Hollywood. Stacks of good food nearby. Breakfast at property was great too.
