The rooms are small and cramped. Its not very well maintained and didn't smell great. Our room phone didn't work and a window shade fell, was fixed, and we couldn't pull it down all the way. It was in the bathroom so that was uncomfortable! Overall for the price I was expecting much more. I've never posted a negative review but the reviews I read when I bookedwere so positive, I wonder whether they stayed at a different hotel!

Room was small but that expected because it's in a busy part of the city. Room interior was clean. Staff were responsive and professional. Location is awesome. Easy to get to popular attractions. Elevator facility. The building outside of the room had a weird smell. I could hear footsteps from the top floor throughout the night probably from people walking the corridor above. Had a disturbed sleep. There was no hot water on the final day. The free coffee tasted bad.
