Best Western Plus LA Mid Town Hotel

For the Best Western quality this hotel really was terrible. Staff were not guest friendly. Hotel room and hotel from the website is totally incorrectly protrayed. All throughout the night I could hear guest stumps above me. Shower pressure really sucks , hotel for the price it charged was definitely not worth paying for it for the quality and experience I had. Breakfast also not so to the quality. Staff at the breakfast area was also not customer/ guest friendly. I would not recommend anyone to stay here at this property.

A perfect place to stay if you’re attending events in the DTLA area! Staff were kind, patient, and professional.

I was surprised how accurate the room was, everything was as pictured, my only complaint would be the neighborhood. The outside photos were carefully cropped to just see the building and not the surounding area. It was not good, but the hotel was safe and very nice.

Room was clean and the staff there was great! I stayed a couple nights here so I had to park in the parking garage multiple times. I had a hard time parking because of how tight it was. Luckily, the security guard there helped guide me every time I came in and tried to park. Appreciate him so much for doing that. Overall, I would stay here again. It was walking distance to a lot of my favorite eating spots!

Safe and inexpensive hotel in Koreatown area of LA. No frills.

Convenient location, clean facility, convenient parking, and the hotel staff were exceptionally nice. They had fresh flower arrangements on all floors, something not seen in such hotels.

Sorroundings are mixed. One block looks okay then next block you find graffiti, garbage and it seems unsafe. I have not visited Los Angeles in a long time so this might be normal. All people I interacted with were very pleasant and showed a happy disposition and willingness to help. Breakfast room was very small. You may need to take your food to your room specially closer to closing time. You might want to get in early. The bathroom had soap, conditioner, shampoo and even a hair drier. Room also had a safe, fridge and microwave along with a large screen TV and an alarm clock. It also had a nice work desk. We stayed on the third floor and it was quiet. Breakfast is on 5th floor. Exercise room was near the garage at ground level.

Hotel was nice, staff were great and the room was nice, clean and comfy. The hotel is super small, with no amenities (that I knew of), the parking garage was challenging-really small and hard to navigate/get your car in and out of spaces. Since the hotel was in the middle of the city, at first I didn’t feel really safe but realized there was a guard on duty in the structure so I felt at ease. I didn’t notice any riff-raff around the property. For a quick place to rest your head, I would recommend.
