We had a very nice stay. Everything was nicely designed, friendly staff and comfortable room. Very easy location to many of the places that interest us. We are looking to book again our next trip.

Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated hotel. The bed and blackout curtains made sleeping here so comfortable. One thing to note that I didn’t pay attention to when booking, the parking lot is diagonally across the hotel and it was $50.

Everything was great, except I kept seeing bugs in the bathroom despite having shut window. Didn't see any bed bugs (checked), but these bugs in the bathroom appeared to be baby cockroaches

The room we checked in was not clean as we discovered a large California cockroach and the shower did not drain properly. We requested a room change which they allowed. We had to cancel the 2nd night stay because our children felt very uncomfortable.

This older property is like a visit back in time. A grand dame. Super clean. Comfy beds, fluffy towels. Only comment would be that traffic at night was very noisy. Plan for earbuds or white noise to block it out. Perfect for the solo traveler or budget minded couple. If you stay there be sure to eat at Antico Nuovo nearby! It’s straight out of Italy. The absolute very best.

The hotel lobby is gorgeous. The rooms felt outdated, and old without renovations to ensure it stays comfortable overtime since it is an older building. The parking off site was incredibly inconvenient. There were also homeless individuals on the street, adjacent to the hotel directly.

Room credits were denied at check-in (later corrected but with no time to use), room smelled strongly of prior occupant, and front desk guy kept boasting about "catching" the hotel's initial errors but didn't do anything to fix
