Old fixtures -- towel hanger was broken and close to falling off.

Excellent customer service, very clean hotel. Free parking cover garage is a plus.

Room and bathroom were both clean . It has parking on site which was a bonus.

Good location - close to the LA convention center and the most amazing donkatsu place! I really love that Uber could easily pick us up from there as well. The AC could be a bit aggressive - it shuts off and then roars back on when it needs to cool the room down. Only one charger near the bed.

new hotel with great customer service, all workers were very sweet and attentive!! however, the rooms do not have a microwave and you have to ask front desk to bring you to the microwave, which is in the employee break room on floor B1 so it was a little inconvenient. hotel layout was unique with a unique sitting area outside the hotel rooms and it has outdoor balcony! the tv also only has limited channels and the coffee machine did not work :( rooms were clean and well maintained, would recommend as a good budget stay!

They charge for the parking but doesn’t provide any security for the vehicle. someone broke my car’s backdoor glass but they didn’t take any responsibility about it also my luggage is stolen from the parking .
