My partner was verbally abused by the driver of the Renaissance shuttle bus. Driver then purposely dropped her at the farthest point from her check in. Lovely way to treat a solo female traveller. So apart from what was a fairly nice stay this just ruined it. Hotel needs to take responsibility for the people they hire and definitely not have abusers on their payroll.

Location is excellent, hotel is very nice . But to pay top dollar for a room and then be charged $80 A NIGHT to park your car is ridiculous.

This hotel was fantastic! Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel provide shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I will recommended this hotel to anyone.

One thing that was not disclosed was that they’re gonna charge you upwards of 100 bucks to park overnight on site. That’s a game changer for me. One other thing to think about is to check on the construction in the area because the roads were all torn up. This seems to be normal at LAX these days, I was told. Staff was friendly and the rooms were fine.

My room's carpet was very dirty. The place was so old and delipidated with poor lighting in the room. The place definitely is not recommended.
