The hotel was good honestly It was just personal the lady that checked me in didn’t see I had paid for the room before arrival and I was charged twice. I told her I had already paid and didn’t get my money back until 5 days later for one night itself it was $300 dollars just make sure they don’t add any extra charges

A bit dated, cleanliness of the room is questionable. Bathroom dated and if you are not a Marriot Bonvoy member please take note you have to pay for internet service. Beds were very comfy.The complementary shuttle service was very convenient and drivers very helpful.

Pleasant surprise. This place is way better than I expected. It's beautifully designed, wonderfully clean rooms and had everything we needed. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I love the bustling lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Quiet given how close it is to the airport.

Quiet. Convenient to airport. Only trouble we had was getting a shuttle to the hotel in the morning. The wait was long. There was no “line” so people that arrived after got into the shuttle before us, making us getting an Uber in the end.

The room was ok but AC didn’t seem to be working.

How close it is to LAX and how fast the shuttle gets to the airport. Water in the shower was too hot
