Food was good. It was clean. Room wasnt ready at checkin and I arrived late. So that was disappointing
-
hidden charges are very frustrating and last minute surprise. I paid for this completely including taxes to Expedia and then hotel charged me after i vacated the place
-
Amazing place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.
-
Great place, only let down was the included breakfast, I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and the breakfast has alway been top notch, not here, paper plates and utensils, you know what I mean, otherwise, nice place.
-
Cons: The hotel bar did not open to 5:00pm. In House food options were limited, Late Check Out was only 90 minutes longer. All in All, I would stay here again.

It was a mid to above average stay. Unfortunately the property is dated and the wear and tear is starting to show. At face value, it's a nice enough stay but "quality" will forever be in the details.

Pool was dirty along with the jacuzzi not being hot at all but was still open with people sitting in cold water with dirty fuzz bubbles floating around. My room Air Conditioning did not get cold, called front desk maintenance brought over a raggedy dirty loud fan. There were no offers to see if they could do anything about the air nor the pool or jacuzzi. No clean dry off towels in the pool area either. We pay our hard earned money and want to relax in a quality hotel, and enjoy the amenities. My trip was not as exciting as expected.

One rep charged me for late check out after requesting a late check out from a different rep who said okay. 125 bucks for a late check out fee?? I'd give 1 star except other people were nice.. all except the one man when I checked out

Perfect

Great location but aminities don’t work good in the room.
-
Very nice hotel and clean staff was nice
-
Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful
-
We stayed there during the World Cup, and it surprisingly wasn’t overcrowded. They had these little robots running around, delivering items straight to your room. It was both helpful and a little scary at the same time—it really makes you realize how quickly technology is replacing human jobs.

Everything was great I enjoyed it and breakfast was good. Only thing I was shocked about was extra parking fee. It was $69 daily if I knew that I might of reconsidered booking. It should be included if you’re a guest. Feels like highway robbery. But other than that the facility and staff were nice.
-
Room a little out dated
-
Pool area should be cleaned and maintained more frequently!
-
I’m not to happy with my stay. The room was not that clean. But I cleaned it.
-
Looked dingy.
-
You pay extra to park in their lot.

The front desk agent who checked us in was super friendly. When we checked into our room there was no bottled water in the room. When we went to the front desk, they gave us 4 bottled waters and apologized and said we could get additional water the next day. The next morning we came back from our walk and the front desk agent who was there gave us two additional waters, but informed us that water was not "daily" for guests. So which is it? We had a coffee maker in our room, but no bottled water to make coffee. But....overall we enjoyed our stay. The happy hour was nice, the ease of ordering food because we were too tired to go out and the breakfast was good. The room/hotel itself is a little run down and could definitely use a renovation/face lift. We would stay here again because it was convenient to/from the airport and Sofi Stadium and the hotel/room was clean.
