Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd

My room was not clean throughly; vacuuming was not done and the comforter had stains on it the shower curtain had stains and a hole in it. The phone in the room does not ring the front desk it goes to a different location that is not in the same state.

Well normal. Nothing extraordinary. Just because we are indian vegetarians it is little difficult with breakfast and food here.

2nd time there, almost turned into a bad experience for my no parking its a nightmare for Uber or Lyft to park and pick us u, sonesta staff very mean, and then the original room was very dirty, TV on musty like someone had just been in there, bathttub very dirty, after the move they redeemed our confidence, loved the breakfast. Thank you do fix the parking situation please so I can give 5 star.

TV would not display a picture or menu, remained black after restarting. The glasses in the room had fingerprints on them. Bath towels had brown stains. Our lock stopped working when we left our room and it took about 3 hours for the problem to be diagnosed and fixed. Meanwhile we did not have use of the room for that period. Interestingly the hotel charges $25 hourly for late check out.

Much nicer than how the pictures look!! Highly recommend and very affordable.

Perfect stay for a quick getaway. No complaints. I will stay here again. Close proximity to Marina Del Rey.

Was excellent!

Convenient one nighter from lax to cruise port.

Overall very satisfying. It would be nice to include gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegetarian and vegan options

It was pleasant. The staff were nice and helpful.

This is one of my fav Hotels! The breakfast is great & the hallways smell like Some good perfume, room was so comfortable, clean, and very nice

Accessible room had a bathtub you need to step up to get in It is located along way from the elevator along a carpeted hallway

I don’t normally review things I absolutely loved my stay I really felt at home, the hotel had everything

Disappointing that no complementary water provided in the rooms unless a high level Hyatt member and then only tiny bottles of Evian were available to purchase at $5 each!! There is water provided in the foyer however this is removed at night so if you arrive after 8pm it’s an issue!! Really need a water dispenser on each floor. Breakfast was decent with a choice of cereal, fruits, breads and preserve and some hot items Airport shuttle ok but not as regular as some of the larger hotels so waiting time at the airport can take a while

The staff is friendly and accommodating

It was a beautiful hotel & the staff was great. Only concern was when they didn't have bacon one day & the lack of luggage carts. Also, it took too long to get the shuttle. The driver took the people standing behind us that had A LOT of luggage.

I really enjoyed my stay the location was great, the hotel was clean and very modern. And all the staff members were nice. My only con is the parking! I was not aware that parking was not included with the booking price . You have to pay $23 per entrance from the garage or $48 per day for the hotel pass. It add ups if you’re there for a couple days and with the rental. Other than that i would
