Nice lobby / pool area - renovated We were placed on the third floor at first and the rooms had very small windows, felt a bit garage like. We got moved to the 9th floor the second day though. The airco is very loud, the rooms are ok, but could use an overal renovation (the rooms are quite a contrast to the lobby/pool area which looks great). Its a pitty there is no food service at the pool. To get to the pool you need to walk through a conference type area which is a bit strange. You have people dressed in suits and the families pass by in swimming clothes. The parking is very expensive 90$ per day. We parked at the target next door for 20$ which was fair.

Super comfy bed, great location, efficient valet parking staff. The hotel's common areas have been upgraded since my last visit and look nice. Staff not very friendly (front desk, bar), Hotel need to be refreshed, especially the rooms, that look really outdated. The pool is far from the hotel rooms / lobby and not very nice.

It’s a big beautiful hotel in the city center I’d say. so it has enough area and facilities and perfect reception, I mean furniture etc. Very polite staff doing everything that guest’s staying would be comfortable. Big room and cleaning every day. Pure water I like it. Best area with pool outside. Unbelievable beds that have made my sleeping amazing. I was feeling calm after every night. Yeah it was. It was very good. I would have given it the highest rating if the air conditioner had worked properly. It had only one mode without low or medium. It was very very noise that d make impossible sleeping with turning on

It was an amazing stay, everything was wonderful. Especially liked the pool area.

Very nice staff all around! Exceptional for a City Hotel
-
you can see that hotel lobby has been renovated, however the rooms are clearly old and not to the standard of a Sofitel or a $400 a night room, specially with the resort fee $50 and the parking $90,so you are paying close to $500 for a room that is not worth it. Pool is super small and when i went to use it, with 6 people already in the pool there was no were to sit. Staff was helpful and cordial, however i wouldnt recommend this hotel as you dont get what you pay for.

Watch out for the secret resort fees
