10th floor patio was horrendous. Thought I was getting some version of a French patio with beautiful pots and furniture not even close. Was that dark concrete overhang that faced the noisy street. Thankfully, they were able to move us to a lesser category with double French doors overlooking the hills that was night and day for me.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sofitel! The staff was excellent, and the property is gorgeous and a great location. We also really loved the gym and pool area. My only critique is the room. I was expecting a more updated and larger room given the nightly rate, but other than that, it’s a great hotel!

Rooms are outdated for sure but it is a beautiful property, spacious rooms and staff are very friendly and helpful. Gym is also very impressive! Areas of improvement lies in breakfast offering at the restaurant and updating the rooms to be more modern.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel hotel in Beverly Hills. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a busy day. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Beverly Hills and the surrounding areas. Overall, a great experience!

The staff was amazing as was jazz at the lounge on Monday night. However there weren't many food options available on a Monday night. And the room left a bit to be desired on cleanliness.

Fantastic hotel and location. I have stayed here several times and it is always excellent. Great location and the room was fantastic. I had a penthouse suite which was fully equipped with amenities. The staff is always great. I literally mean every department from front desk, housekeeping to the fantastic bellman. I highly recommend this property. Everything was great.

Very convenient location near to Cedars-Sinai where I had back surgery.Very helpful staff having wheelchair ready, extra pillows. Staff even offered microwave and fridge to room which I did not need. Enjoyed the pasta at restaurant and nice breakfast. Thank you.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The most comfortable beds we had during our trip. The lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were extremely small for how much the room cost. We also had an adjoining room and could hear everything happening in the room next to ours which made us very aware of how much noise we made and with 2 children it made things difficult. We also didn't get our room cleaned on the first day, and on the second day actually had to request for housekeeping to come and make up our room. Which was disappointing considering how much the stay was.
