Hi, everything was great!!! I just recommend you double check, and dont get the room with the bathtub because water spills everywhere.

My room wasn't ready until 6:45pm, my family and I were stuck waiting in the lobby. Both employees at the front desk, said they would give us an update and call their manager, never did, took the manager over an hour to come out of her office to even speak to us. The manager was not apologetic, instead she was defensive and was condescending when speaking with us. The valet employee brought up our SUV, then went on having a 5 min conversation with someone else, leaving us standing there just waiting for him to give us our keys. The bellman was very friendly and the only one who seemed to care about the client experience/ engagement. This was once a great/ happening hotel to stay at, it had gone down hill, due to poor management. It's actually very disappointing, I use to enjoy coming here. Never again.

Overall great experience, the room was nice and clean, however we had a little situation with a personal item. My daughter left her hair styler with the top attached to it in the bathroom, however when we came back to the room after our day the styler was taken apart and the main part of it was missing. We found it very weird and lot all over the room before we brought it up to their attention on the front desk. When we couldn’t find it we let them know. We had to go outback again and we came back the person in the front desk said that somebody came in to our room and found the items underneath some towels. We find it very hard to believe as we had 3 people looked for it before we said anything and it wasn’t there. I don’t know why even in the first place the person touched our stuff and removed the top part. This has never happened anywhere we have stayed. Anyways I think it may have been a mistake and maybe the person misplaced somewhere not in our room. I just wished they would have been transparent. Valet parking was amazing everyone very nice and friendly.

Haven’t been to SLS in years and much hasn’t changed but eveything is still nice, clean and weird in a good way. Still very expensive but service is great. Room is nice and comfortable an staff is very nice

The only downfall is the last 2-3 nights, our entire floor reeeeked of weed. Obviously that’s out of staff control but they did put air fresheners in the hallways to mitigate the smell. It was pretty bad but again, not the fault of the hotel staff.
