Lovely, modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Great location within 5 minutes' drive to The Grove. The kids loved the MacDonalds next door and we loved the Indian restaurant nearby with amazing karak chai. We didn't use it but parking is paid

closeness to convention center, LA live, Grammy Museum and restaurants, malls.

I liked the space where you can sit outside and relax. And I have a picnic. The pool area is very small but quiet.

We like to stay there because of its close proximity to Cedars Sinai so we stay in the room more than we would if we were there for pleasure so my needs may be different to most

The staff was very friendly; the restaurant/ bar had great views and food. There are hydration machines on every floor for water and ice. These machines are goofy and iffy if they work. I tried multiple floors in case our floor was a dud. I found it very weird ( not a huge issue) that there is no brochure or anything in your room with any information for the hotel at all. Want to know how to check out ? Better ask because there is no info. want to know about local attractions? nope nothing. Everything is a guessing game here, though the front staff people are super friendly and helpful. how was room service, you ask? Once again, I have no idea if they even have it because there is no info. I guess you could call the front desk, which I assume you just pick up the phone, as there are once again no instructions, no phone numbers, or anything. These aren't huge deals, but it does seem like a dropped ball by management. Its a nice hotel, Just nothing really stick out as special.

Very clean hotel.

I had to go to Cedar Sinai hospital for procedure and this hotel met my needs for me and my wife. The price was fair and hotel is located very close to the hospital I would recommend and stay again.

Staff behaviour is very rude
