We stayed here after our wedding reception and it was lovely! They upgraded our room at no extra cost. Loved the late checkout time at 12:00pm. Friendly staff and the room was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast had a good variety of options, although I was a little confused about what was included since something as simple as a biscuit was an additional $3. I was also confused about the credit I received because it wasn't clearly noted on my Expedia reservation. One thing I didn't really like was the lack of privacy with the shower setup. I also had to request an additional chair since there were two of us staying in the room, as well as some additional toiletries. The staff were able to provide these when requested, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a good and satisfying stay. There were a few things that could have been clearer, but the welcoming staff and comfortable room made for a positive experience.

The area is not that great so not family friendly and very loud. About the hotel DIRTY. The lobby makes it look so nice and fancy but once you step into the elevator which is dirty and beat up looking. Then the floor area so dirty and garabge and just wrappers and stuff on the floor. The room was dirty too it was dusty just the whole vibe was off. I would never stay here again if I come back to LA.

Also, the room has a weird vibe. The elevators need remodeling! They have a scary vibe. Also, the other guests were screaming and fighting... I felt kind of unsafe this time :( However, the personnel were very nice and kind.

Rooms were super dated. I was in a suite and it felt like it was renovated 20 years prior to feel like a 50s residence. Water pressure was horrid. The halls on the 12 floor was insanely dirty. Looks like no one has vacuumed it in several weeks. Staff was nice on check in but also charge a resort fee that you can use for credit towards things in the hotel but the room service didnt let you charge to the room. Had to pay with a CC. Never heard of such a thing. Not a great area of downtown LA either.
-
Public areas and design of the restaurants and taste of food. Cleanliness of the hallways, lack of art and furniture in the hotel rooms, lack of AC in the elevators, cocktails at the rooftop bar, size of the milkshake from downstairs for the price, and the glass walls for the shower

Bring your own food to the pool because that place is expensive.

The hotel was very nice and had a lot of outdoor areas to chill and eat.

The bed frame was broken and one side was sunken in. They barely left any toilet paper. AC worked when it wanted.
-
The rooftop bar, lobby and pool were really nice. The hallways and rooms are super old and grimy

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had some difficulty figuring out how to use some of the amenities and the air conditioning. We weren’t sure where to find the instructions, so it would be helpful if they were easier to locate.
