First time staying at this hotel. Everything was super. Warm welcoming everytime we walked in. Our room was always clean, and vintage decor with huge shower with great water pressure. The elevators are fast. The pool on the roof was the highlight. Coffee in the lobby was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfectly situated in downtown Los Angeles, this hotel offers charming, comfortable rooms, a restaurant (great breakfasts!), valet parking and a great, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I definitely enjoyed my stay here at "The Hox". I'm making it my default hotel in Downtown LA for any future visits.

I love the rooftop pool and bar area. Its so chill and comfy. The rooms are cozy, I LOVE the $5 breakfast bag option (it takes me a while to get moving in the mornings so the convenience was superior) and the complimentary water and milk in the fridges. All of the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had gotten a chance to use more of the perks/amenities such as the bromton bikes. Next time! Will likely stay here again.

This hotel when I first got there, the valet guy greeted me so well, then the staff in the front desk is very kind, offered water since I was coming in from the heat.. As soon as I got to the room. OMG!! Our room smelled really good, like strawberries or a scent of cherry, the room was spotless clean and restroom was beautiful, it gave me an aesthetic, chic, fashion look.. omg! I slept like a baby and to wake up and go down stairs for breakfast, the best!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely come back also, my new favorite in Downtown LA.. oh yeah it also has a bar and there’s bars around the area walking distance, around the block there’s a great hookah place and a big 3 floor club that’s called Mayan.. this hotel is very well situated, love it so far.

I like the design elements of the building and rooms. Quite a creative space and interesting blend of people staying here. The bed was comfortable. A nice rain shower. $5 breakfast bags delivered to the room. Having a great breakfast restaurant downstairs. Erewhon just round the corner. The light switches were temperamental. That was frustrating. The tap on the sink had toothpaste splash on it. The area was close to where I needed to be but it’s not super safe. The pool are looked much larger in the pictures. In reality the area was small and crowded with adults and kids.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a one night stay-cation since we live in the city and couldn’t be happier about it! Loved the vibe, the style and the staff were amazing. Drinks and food at the rooftop bar were excellent, so we are for sure coming back for a date night!
