Washing machines don’t work

Very friendly staff and also helpful, room was clean but could use some updating.

The shower handle plate was detached from the wall. Other than that the room was clean and decent.

It was a nice stay fir the evening

* The staff were not very helpful and, at times, came across as somewhat rude. * Parking was difficult due to the way the parking area is designed. * The plumbing was noisy. We could clearly hear the showers from upstairs rooms including in the middle of the night. * The floor did not appear to be cleaned very well. Unfortunately, these issues added up and made the stay quite disappointing. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Room size was good, bathroom was bigger than expected. It was convenient to have free parking on site. While it seemed like there was only 1 employee working, the person on call was always very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom didn't seem to have a working fan so it got a bit humid after showers - there was a bit of mold it looked like above the shower head. We also found that the bedside table clock and the desk lamp both did not work.

Disappointing

The staff is very kind but the area has a ton of homeless people and it has a bit of a smell in the area but the rooms are clean but our fridge froze all of our food… I would recommend if you plan on taking public transportation since there’s buses around and if you come for KCON it’s a quick bus ride from the venue but it’s not in the pretty part of downtown LA though so beware of that. Also the AC wasn’t on when we first got in but give it an hour and it’s perfectly cold the room we had was superrrr clean and room service did their big one seriously.

Room was clean, parking was secure and all in all it was a great place to stay with me and my daughter. Close to Crypto.

Also, the grocery store nearby is amazing! Tastiest fruit I’ve had in a while.

10/10 recommend. Super pleased with my stay, very good location for everything in the area. Felt very safe and secure and staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and staff helpful and friendly with more towels. Air conditioning is perfect and parking is amazing comes with hotel. Thank you.

A good hotel my only concern was the surroundings area but that’s out of the hotel hands

Price was terrible for what we got, floors were filthy, room phone did not work, no cold water ( staff said it was a boiler problem) ALL vending machines were empty or out of service, including ice machine, mind you it was 90’ degrees outside , walls paper thin, we heard everything.

Definitely wouldn't recommend or be staying here again.

Exceptional

The room was great. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was great. It was soo hot! The air-conditioned was horrible. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that or just ours. Unless you were standing or sleeping right next to it, it was hot af.
