Best Western The Inn Of Los Gatos

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast in the morning made up for anything that was lacking. There was a great variety of food, fresh fruit & good coffee, included in the cost of the hotel. The location is great-not far from the freeway & in between San Jose, Los Gatos & just about a half an hour drive to Santa Cruz. Over all, it was a nice place to stay & I would stay there again.

Overall, we had a nice stay there, the room was very nice just a little small and cramped. a minor issues, there were 2 remotes for the tv, 1 to turn it on and the other to select channels and set the volume. They did have a microwave in the breakfast area to heat your breakfast, you know how hotel food is never really hot. Overall, it was a good stay except for someone pounded on our door at 11:00pm and that was a disturbance to our nightly sleeping.

Water pressure and freshness of fruits needs improvement. For example Banana was overripe and I would have appreciated fresh berries.

The property was well-maintained inside and out — clean throughout, with fresh sheets and towels in the room. The front desk staff was a standout; the woman who checked us in was exceptionally warm and thorough, walking us through breakfast, WiFi, and all the amenities without us having to ask. That said, a few things gave us pause. Both the lobby and our room carried an overwhelming air freshener scent that, rather than being welcoming, seemed to be masking an underlying mildew smell, noticeable enough to mention. We weren't informed at the time of booking that we'd be placed in a handicap-accessible room. A heads-up would have been appreciated. Noise was another issue. We could clearly hear the neighboring guests' conversations through the walls, and heavy footsteps from the room above made for a less restful stay than we'd hoped for. Overall, it's a clean, affordable option with genuinely friendly staff, but light sleepers or those sensitive to smells.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also pleasant when I arrived and when I checked out! Overall my experience was good! Thanks.

Regina and Ana are the most Hospitable Women, anything you need they will facilitate. I enjoy staying there and getting to see them both. I will definitely return.

Nice hotel. Not technically in the heart of Los Gatos which was a bummer because it’s about a 15-20 minute walk into town. Hotel lobby was nice and clean, but after 3 nights our room was never cleaned. No new towels and no garbage taken out even though they said at check in we’d have housekeeping every other day. Other than that the price was fair, friendly staff and excellent free daily breakfast with strong coffee. We won’t stay here again because the location is not ideal without a car, but other than that had a good stay!

checked in on wednesday and checked out on sunday. absolutely no housekeeping no upkeep g of towels. kept the same towels for the whole stay. i told the front desk at check out and she couldn’t care less. i was told that it was a new schedule and didn’t know anything. for a $1,000+ stay. having new towels i don’t think is asking for much. no trash pick up. NOTHING!
