Los Gatos Garden Inn Hotel

Comfortable and clean. Not enough pillows and mattress wasn't great, but overall a pleasant stay. Great location!

The parking was cramped and you may not find a spot if you arrive later evening. Our bathroom vent was very noisy and probably needs replacing. I enjoyed the relaxed, 1950's vibe of the hotel and courtyard.

Parking spaces were a little narrow, but they have overflow parking access nearby. The outdoor patio is very nice and garden like. Homey, modest cottage-like rooms, not for guests who like hotel style rooms. There was a mini continental breakfast available in the office. Great location next to a popular breakfast restaurant the purple onion. The rooms are in need of updating, the enamel in the bathtub showed some wear as did the flooring.

The room is really outdated and dark. Bedding stained and very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. I couldnt sleep the whole night

Very tight parking. Shabby room condition. Had to return to office when first gate key did not work. AC remote on wall in awkward location neither staff nor we could find without major delay. Cheap laminate wood look flooring worn through exposed grey base several areas, including bathroom threshold. Office attendant was helpful and positive.

The room was clean but needs an update. No usb ports, lighting is old and not very effective. Insufficient parking. No real amenities.

This is an incredible hotel. It has old fashioned charm but has been renovated. The price can't be beat for the area. A lot of care was put into the look, feel, and amenities. Furthermore it's in a great neighborhood for walking and enjoying music, restaurants, and bars.

For Los Gatos the hotel was very convenient & enjoyed the privacy.

Nice room with very soft pillows. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Would stay there again for the price. Parking was close and safe.

There was never a staff on site the whole time I was there the website says check in till 10. They called me at 8:40 telling me that nope I only had till nine to get there after that I’d have to get the key from the lock box.. the rooms are very tiny, but were pretty clean, did not like that The shower and toilet were all in the same area. It was just a big bathroom with the toilet a sink and a shower with no doors no walls no nothing just open. There were lots of places to walk to around there so that was really nice and convenient.Parkside restaurant and Los Gatos roasting coffee were really good.

The paint was peeling off of the wall in the room and the bathroom. Floor in the shower was cracked and buckling.

Horrible text check-in. No directions to parking or room. Really bad.
