The main elevators were broken and no one ever answered for housekeeping.

It was a great visit, I'll stay there again.

No microwave oven

Everything was wonderful, beautiful cleanliness staff was wonderful. No complaints.

Breakfast staff excellent. Room was clean but bathroom lacked towel racks for drying and water bottles cost a ridiculous $5.

This was fine for an airport hotel. So, I've rated it as such, but I do have a complaint. The positives were that the shuttle to and from the airport was very quick and efficient. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that this is one of those hotels that locks the climate control to a certain temperature and won't let you set it past that. I get trying to conserve energy, but let's be real, they're just trying to save money on their energy bills by forcing people to keep their rooms warmer than they'd like... Some people are hot sleepers and would like the room on the cooler side overnight. On that same note, the "constant fan" setting didn't do anything, so if you're a light sleeper and like to have a fan on, prepare for the AC to cluck on and off 100 times in the night because the constant fan setting doesn't actually do anything. As a person who spends 50+ nights a years in hotels, it irks me when an upscale, premium brand, which the Crowne Plaza is, places these types of restrictions on their climate control units. Anyway, overall the hotel was fine. You shouldn't not book it if it fits your price range, but if any of that matters to you.

I tried to call and cancel my reservation over the phone and was told I needed to do it online. Then when I tried to do it online, it said I needed to call the hotel so it was just an endless circle and then I got charged for a night anyways after all. A waste of money for a day I didn’t even want.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Very clean place.

The only improvement we would recommend is vacuuming the halls better. Other than this, OUTSTANDING!

The Crowne plaza was an excellent property that was clearly preferred by large groups. While it was just me and my traveling companion, we found the staff to be accommodating and responsive when we needed something.

Would stay here again.

Unfortunately my check in was a 45-55 min wait due to all the check ins for the overdose convention and then a water main broke so no water ok our last day so when we came home from the water park we couldn’t shower but we sucked it up and stayed anyway. No discount was offered but otherwise the stay was good

This was my first time at the hotel and choose it and booked online for one night. I was very impressed with the hotel upon my arrival and checking in and would stay here again when in Louisville. It was very convenient for us to get to our event that night.

Wish I could give more stars! If every hotel was like this, traveling wouldn’t be so uncomfortable. Price- bedroom- cleanliness- staff- all 1st class. Thank you!

The place was clean

No issues, staff was very professional and helpful!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable and if I needed to stay in that area again, I would choose this hotel.

I thought the hotel was very nice. A little bit dated but clean. The front desk staff was very nice. The room was huge because opted for the bigger room with a king bed. I would stay there again. The breakfast was just ok.
