Check in was super easy Jessica at the front desk was informative and kind. My room was super clean, the linens were clean and pleaseant. I had a huge tv which I loved and the shower had all the lotions you could need. I loved the fact the front desk was staffed 24/7 to address any needs i had all in all a Very comfortable stay.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok could be better. Parking is ok but will have to walk a little depending on what time you come and go most days.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Tru! Firstly, I received a warm, friendly welcome upon arrival. I mentioned to the employee behind the desk that I needed coffee, and he recommended I wait just a few minutes and he would make some fresh coffee before the shift change. I appreciated that. When I arrived to the room, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. My bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room stayed at a very comfortable temperature. The restroom was spotless, and the soaps and lotion smelled so good. I highly recommend this place.

Nice budget option near the airport. Free shuttle and hot breakfast a plus — except waffle iron and pancake machine were both “out of order” :(
