I stayed here for two nights because it was conveniently located near the convention center. My room was okay, but my neighbors were really loud and I could hear everything so it kept me up. The room was very clean, only issue was a huge crack in the shower.

Check in was a long process & the lady was not very friendly. I woke up to other rooms flushing their toilets & the room doors slamming shut throughout the night. The cleaning staff begins early, be sure to put your do not disturb tag out if you are not an early riser.

However, when I arrived at the hotel for check in I needed t use the bathroom really bad. The restroom at the hotel needed a key to access. I had to wait on the registration clerk to provide me a key that took about 6min. That was a long wait. The rooms were not very clean. There was food and stains in the carpet.

Front desk clerk was too busy eating or talking with friends.

They also gave us a little grief over the dogs. We told them that their website said Freddie Freeman dog friendly, but they said they were an independent, but they did let the dogs stay.

Wish the tv had apps to stream.

I’ve stayed here multiple trips now and cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are so nice and updated recently, the staff is amazing and kind, and the building is so safe (extra key card access protocols so only guests can enter after dusk and only guests can access elevators at any time.) Cheap parking right next to the building and incredible location for such a reasonable price. I wish all of my other hotel stays were as lovely as this one always is.

Great stay. Very clean, staff was nice.

Breakfast - they ran out of food and the way the countertop was arranged, there was no place to put your plate while trying to get hot food. 2 peoples plates of food fell on the floor in the span of 5 minutes. No staff was available to help.

Quickly becoming my favorite stay in Louisville. Great location, great price, and great room.

The rooms were fairly clean, and we had no real issues. For the price, it was a great value and a great location (if you’re doing a lot of stuff downtown). I would stay there again at that price. The biggest negatives for us were this: (1) The loading/unloading area, foyer, and elevator reeked of weed almost every time we passed through. Our family joked about getting a contact high. And (2) The option of connecting rooms was not an option (it wasn’t selectable upon booking online or at the front desk upon asking).

No on site parking and I thought I had ordered the paid $6 garage parking but I did not hit the correct buttons. When I arrived the parking charge was $22 which was outrageous but since weekend parking on street was free at the meters it worked out.lesson is make sure you purchase parking on Expedia

Loved staying here, the location was perfect, the room was clean and very comfortable. We felt very safe with the security they have. Only thing, I wish they had blow dryers, I forgot mine
