Mark down at the Wild Swan is fantastic. Kevin at the front was also great. The city view room does get a lot of street noise from traffic, so I would opt for another room.

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean well appointed room

Unfortunately, the mattress was a major issue. It felt old and sunken in, and I woke up before 5 a.m. with such bad back pain that I couldn’t fall back asleep. As much as I liked the room’s design and amenities, the bed is the most important part of a hotel stay, and the poor mattress really affected my rest and overall experience. I wanted to love this stay because so many details were lovely, but the uncomfortable mattress unfortunately just completely overshadowed the positives.

Very nice boutique hotel. Will definitely look to stay there again when visiting Louisville.

Very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Unfortunately, as is becoming the norm with US hotels, no drinking glasses were provided in the room. Only thin plastic cups - most unpleasant to drink wine from! Other than this, a great hotel.

Mattress too soft. No coffee, very noisy could here street noise outside that was very loud. Asked about maps for bourbon trail and said no and no suggestions for a place to get one. Didn't ask to assist with anything. The Valet was very helpful.

We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!

The restaurant and bar were amazing! Bartenders were awesome and accommodating. The hotel was perfect!!

Comfortable stay! We’ll be back.

Very expensive overnight valet $50. Although auto valet was kind and helpful, there was no one available to assist with our baggage in the hotel.. Very nice in room robes. BUT the coffee maker in the room was horrible. Complicated apparatus and the “Vietnamese” coffee was weak and had no flavor.

All aspects of property were well maintained and clean. I liked the decor as well.

Unique, charming hotel in a historic site. Hotel staff, waiters and bartenders were all amazing. Visited during a Bourbon Trail Tour and definitely helped make the experience. Highly recommend!!

We loved this hotel. It was clean, close to our activities and the staff was friendly.

Parking is valet or a block away that needs to be paid ahead. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Perfect boutique hotel!

My only complaint was that the maid did not restock the makeup remover or hand lotion or empty the trash in the room. She made the bed and replaced the towels. That’s it. Other than that the hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly the place had such charm and character and was in a great location. Loved everything but the maid. The restaurant was incredible and David the bartender was as so cool friendly helpful and creative. Went above and beyond very time we sat down for a drink. Love the place. Will return!!

The Grady is worth booking for sure. Rooms have 15 ft high ceilings, comfortable bed, luxury living! And make your way to The Wild Swann. Great food and drinks.
