It was a clean, newer hotel, so I had hopes of a restful night. However, the king size bed we had was terrible. It was worn down and way too soft for my back. I did let the morning staff know and they didn't seem too helpful, let alone offer any solutions or discounts.

My room was very hot when I walked in and it was obvious the carpet had not been vacuumed and there were crumbs on the nightstand.

Location, clean, modern, staff Breakfast was so so. First front desk person had no knowledge they had an electric car charger.

Staff was friendly and punctual. Great service. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Room was exceptional. Will certainly stay again.

Very nice and clean property

I stay at the Hyatt House every time I go to Looisville. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They have a good breakfast buffet, and in the evenings, you can get food and drink. It is close to many excellent restaurants, both local and national chains. There is also a great little coffee shop called Heine Brothers across the parking lot. Parking is difficult when they are full.

Our room was comfortable except for the bed. Way to soft. Room wasn't properly cleaned as there was paper under one of the stools and stuff in the shower.

Location was perfect for our needs. Parking lot very full, property rented spaces for a hot rod show, lots of trucks and trailers in lot. Difficult to find parking. Front desk not very friendly. Shower lacked water power. Bed was not very comfortable.

Excellent place to stay. Great breakfast!

Overall a great hotel. There were just a few things with our room that didn’t work. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and we told front desk but nothing was done. The fridge also had food in it upon our arrival which smelled.

Second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and enjoyed it both times.

Very good

Safe area, clean room, the shower was awesome. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and the blackout curtains made it nice and dark for sleep. The breakfast area looked awesome, but we didn’t have time to partake.
