Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Downtown

The staff was very nice and the hotel was convenient to the ballpark. The hotel is 6 stories but 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. The AC in our room was broken but fortunately it wasn’t that warm the evening. There was a good selection at the complimentary breakfast but I think they could have used more help. The coffee machines were empty and the trash was overflowing .

The property was clean and in a great location. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

The rooms were very spacious. Check-in was fast and simple. We booked a 2 room with kitchen. Each bedroom had a good-sized bathroom and the living area and kitchen were more than adequate. This was a great value traveling with our teenage daughters. Location is another huge benefit. That said, our room could have used some maintenance and windows that block out more noise. The bathroom shelf was barely hanging on the wall, one of the soap dispensers in the bath had broken off and the shampoo was just sitting in the tub, the windows do nothing to block the street noise below, and there were black long hairs on the door jam (like a dirty rag was used to clean them).

Breakfast was great, extending the hours would be appreciated. I wish they offered King size beds.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was top notch . Halls were quiet. The blackout curtains was a nice touch to help me rest. I come to Louisville once a month this will be my my home while I'm in Louisville.

Super clean property in downtown Louisville. Very close walking distance to ballpark.

The pull out sofa was of zero use for sleep. Mattress was more of a blanket than an actual mattress. The bar going across prevented any sleep whatsoever. The room was otherwise great. and location was good. Won't stay again with more than 2 people.
