Our first time staying at a Staybridge Suites! It was absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend. Very clean, friendly staff! I was extremely happy.

The sound of planes flying over the property especially at the middle of the night was loud and waking us up at the middle of the night. Not much variety on the breakfast especially on the multiple day stay.

We had a great stay at the Staybridge Suites Louisville Expo Center. The hotel was very convenient, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and Ariel was especially helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a really nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Louisville area.

I had trouble getting to sleep due to someones kids playing in the hallway being loud. And there was a mouse in my room. I heard it sqeeking when I woke up and there were mice droppinga on the floor mat in the bathroom. Which were not there before. And no, I did not have food in the room. I've never used their stove or microwave. I've stayed at this establishment many times and this is the first time my peaceful get away from home was not peaceful. Children being noisy is not for the establishment to control but their parents to respect others trying to sleep, especially late at night. But the mouse situation falls purely on the establishment.

This was an amazing property! Very clean and looks brand new. The room was clean and had excellent space for the whole family. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was amazing. Room was awesome and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was extremely polite, engaging and very helpful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Louisville.
