Clean, nicely designed ensuite room. Friendly and kind staff. Exceptional location a few steps from the famous Loulé Saturday Market. A small shared kitchenette with an automatic coffee machine, a fridge and other equipment for your convenience. Clean, freshly smelling stairway.

It was clean, bed was comfortable. The room was bit cold but I turned the heater on. Nice shower, a lot of towels. The mold around the windows. I could not find the hair dryer and I texted the host on booking.com chat but never got an answer. Also could not open the window.

The breakfast was good and varied . The location was good very near the hospital so we could walk. (It was pouring the all time we were in Loulé). The room was very clean and the bed was confy. The lady that was taking care of the place was very kind. There were no tables to put the breakfast trays and no chairs so it was very unconfortable to eat sitting in bed. Specially if you are not that young anymore. The hotel is on a second floor of a very old building and it had no lifts...not easy to have to carry your bags two flights if you are an older person. The bathroom inside the room divided by a glass partition and a curtain gave you no privacy.

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was enjoyable. The room was two flights up from the ground floor with no elevator. This was not mentioned on the listing. There was a chairlift but it was inoperable. The breakfast is mediocre. The one piece of fruit was inedible and not ripe. The coffee was mostly milk. The juice was not fresh. The yogurt and cereal was very small and the rest was mostly bread. We ate on the balcony which has a dreary surrounding and view. Overpriced considering the facility.

Although served in the room, no table or room to have breakfast. A bath tub in a room that is too small. The so called terrace was minimum with a very ugly view. Don’t know why a person should pay more for that. Het won’t come back.

Clean and well sized room. Having access to a small kitchen was a huge benefit and having a real espresso machine was a huge unexpected bonus. Location wise you cannot get closer to the center and we found night parking on the street right outside the hotel. We had problems with the keys and as this boutique hotel does not have a manned reception it was a challenge. Bathroom without door and transparent glass walls was maybe not an optimal solution.

Superb

Beds were comfy as were the pillows, clean, fresh bedding and had everything I needed. The shower was fabulous and they also included plenty of towels and small hand towels, shower gel, hand wash, body cream and soap. A definite one to return to later this year - thank you Downtown Loule for a great stay.

Perfect location, dead centre of the town, close to all facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Shower perfect ! Tv Chanel options. No big deal.

Really hard to get in. Rang the bell several times and no one was there.

Very comfortable, the room was spotless. Everything was great. I am lactose intolerant, and they bought this type of milk for me. Easy to check in and out. I have nothing to complain about.
