Very nice hotel room was very clean and comfortable,staff were excellent and the meals were very good presentation excellent. Definitely be back would highly recommend.

Location was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good. Nice selection of beers too. Room very spacious and clean. Shower pressure a bit low and took a while to heat but this was a minor problem really. Didn't detract from the overall experience.

Outside space was beautiful Rooms was way to hot with no fans. The breakfast wasn’t worth the price if you didn’t like mushrooms and black pudding you really got nothing

The location & hotel were really nice & the staff were really friendly & helpful. The room was quite dated,The bed was a fold up one so when your head is on the pillow your legs point downwards & you can feel it in your back,The room had no Aircon or even a fan the room was really hot & humid,The breakfast was not worth the money 1 small sausage 2 small slices of bacon 1 mushroom 1 tomato 1 fried egg & a small pot of beans & it was meant to be a full English,The room furniture was scratched & damaged.

Location was really beautiful. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Cleanliness very poor. Room had cobwebs & spiders, Cup was chipped, toilet seat didn't stay up. Kitchen ventilation woke us up very early.

Property was lovey, attended for a wedding and really liked it. I paid booking.com a few days before I got there. Checked in and got charged a second time for the room. Got over drawn, got charged and didn’t get the money back for 3 days.

Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Unfortunately, there is no air con in the rooms, which was an issue on very hot days

Good sized standard room. Restaurant and bar was good. I ate in-house both nights I was there and though the food was both good and fairly priced. The drone from the nearby road surprised me - but that is's not the hotel's fault. Proximity to Cadwell Park was the draw for and I was very happy just to get back to the hotel and to be able to relax and eat on the premises

Absolutely spotless bedrooms and bathrooms, good location and good food (only had breakfast) How uncomfortable the beds was, worst night sleep Iv had. The floors in the main walkway downstairs was very dirty and was the same the next morning, hadn’t been cleaned.
