Clean and professional. Stayed on business.

They gave me a king size handicap room at first. The fridge didn’t work and the bed was poor quality. Then they gave me a key card to another room down the hall to put my fridge items in until the next day so they could change the fridge in my room. They never changed the fridge in my room and ended up asking me to move to the other room that had the working fridge which was a double queen. The new room’s bathroom faucet barely worked and the beds weren’t much better. This is definitely bare minimum last resort lodging. The office is also only open 9am-10pm so late check ins are a no go. I won’t come back.

Room wasn't what was booked or pics of. Very disappointed. Was supposed to be handicap accessible with walk in shower like pictures of room booked. Check in and tub shower. Rooms not cleaned every day, once a week or two depends on your stay length. Lots of long term stayers. Was almost cheaper to stay a month then 9 days.

Never coming back

I liked the bathroom. Didn’t like the bed was lower than my knees. Very interesting.

The hotel had everything we needed, and the overall experience was very pleasant. One note, I would recommend not to stay near the doorways at the end of the hall. Very noisy.

The property looks new and clean. The price was decent. We arrived after regular hours and had to call to get someone to come to come down and open up the front desk. It took him 5 minutes to arrive and he didn't seem eager to help. We laughed when we saw the queen bed frame. It was a metal rectangular frame with four skinny legs and metal wire grid holding up the mattress, like you might see on a pullout bed. It was quite unstable and noisy.

Was close to where we needed to be. Was clean but very spartan, however was much less expensive than other options, so good value. I guess that I was unprepared for how spartan it was. Had I known I may have packed differently.

It looks like a newly renovated place. Everything is new and clean. The staff are kind and helpful. It is my one night stop to the west. Good value for the money

Everything was extremely clean, mainly because its so new but id highly recommend it The mattress and pillows was not very comfortable. They need to be softer

It was a good stay. Clean room had great amenities only thing it doesn't have is a swimming pool

They could offer breakfest and ice machine , two cards to get in room

Everything was fine. Keep water bottles for urgent use in the room.

Exceptional

It was advertised as a full kitchen however a coffee pot should have been included. When asked for a roll of toilet paper the guy told us it would cost 2 dollars-not acceptable!

was no breakfast dissappointed Well First off Ive done many a survey for various things the thing about that is one never knows the outcome of surveys didnt like the fact a person has to take their own garbage out and bring their towels I get the reason why however its really not conveient to the guest more for the employes dont do much. Now lets get to the beds absoultly unacceptable they looked like old beds not comfortable at all. one chair in the room also not acceptable the kitchen idea was good but then you have to buy everything in order to use it. the stay in the hotel mighy have been a decent price but doesnt measure up to the comfort or conviece would never stay here again
