Location was convenient for our baseball tournament at the Mercy Health Sportscore #2 location. Breakfast was decent, the room and beds were comfortable. There was one washing machine and dryer which were in high demand. The dryer was old and very inefficient so we ended up taking wet clothes to a launderette to get them dried. The breakfast area was really small and mostly crowded with nowhere to sit.

Check in was pleasant, quick and accurate. The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ready and very good. The motel was quiet. Parking was easy. We enjoyed our stay and will return whenever we are in the area.

The breakfast is a very nice “get ya going” in the morning feature, I also appreciate the hot baths 😌. Staff is always accommodating when there are any issues, and very friendly.

Location to the hospital. The cost of the first two days. No maid service, stayed extra time and towels were never exchanged nor was the room cleaned or straightened. Some of the staff were very nice and others were questionable.

The shampoo was empty, there was mold growing on the lights in the bathroom, there was a smell of mildew coming from the air conditioning. They need better cleaning habits.

It was a solid stay, I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews but had no problems. 2 nights good value, good location to sports fields. Would return in the future. Pool was good, little gaming room for adults too if that’s your thing. 4/5

Price was good for what I got. Bed was decent. Handy to have fridge and microwave. Chose it for convenience to sports complex. King room was good sized. Breakfast was standard- not good for me because of dietary needs. Could hear neighbors’ loud movies day and night. Bathroom needed a refresh pain/grout.

Bed was very comfortable Could hear neighbors talking through the walls. Bathtub did not drain well. Toilet did not flush well. Breakfast marginal. Eggs were wierd. Tasted like artificial eggs…???

Helpful and kind staff, there wasnt towels in the room and they made sure to bring us some after we checked in.

Booked my room through Hotels.com. Made a change to my reservation and got written okay via a text message exchange with Hotels.com. The coordination between the hotel’s reservation system and Hotels.com was very poor. It took 25 minutes at check-in to sort it out and I am still not certain I am going to be charged the correct rate for my stay. The property was fine otherwise. Room was clean and property was well maintained.

Nice and clean. Slots were fun and exciting. Staff was very accommodating. There was no dislikes.

Very convenient to the Rockford-Love's Park Sports Complex. Pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. Standard economy hotel breakfast and all-day coffee: much appreciated. Odd bathroom fixture configuration: sink located in room entry; toilet/tub in bathroom.
